北京地区几种蔷薇属植物的抗旱性研究

【摘要】 蔷薇属植物适应性强、绿色期长,在植物造景、城市绿化和水土保持方面应用广泛。随着园林建设和水资源有限两者之间矛盾日益凸现,研究蔷薇属品种的抗旱性,是培育抗旱性强新品种的重要基础。不同植物的抗旱性不同,同一植物种的不同品种抗旱性也有差异。作者对9个蔷薇属品种进行了干旱胁迫处理,在控水期间,对各品种进行叶片酶活性、叶片水势、叶绿素荧光以及叶片光合和蒸腾速率的测试。在正常供水下,对各品种进行有效水分利用效率和光合生理一系列测试。分析了各品种在不同程度干旱肋、迫下的形态、生理生化各项指标的反应情况,利用模糊数学隶属函数法对与抗旱性相关的各项指标综合求和,最后得出如下结论:9种蔷薇属植物的抗旱性强弱依次为:弯刺蔷薇>紫叶蔷薇>月月红>四锦>黄和平>黄刺玫>木香>玫瑰>野蔷薇,这与干旱处理过程中各品种植株的形态变化也基本相符。最后筛选出抗旱性强的几种蔷薇属品种。

【Abstract】 Rosa .L plants is Adaptable. In the meantime ,Rosa .L plants is continuing for long time .They are used widely in aspects of landscaping ,city greening and soil and water conservation .In the wake of the contradictions between garden construction and lack of water resources , the study of drought resistance to Rosa L.is the important foundation that cultivates new varieties with strong resistance against drought.The drought resistance to the different genus plants is different and the resistance against drought to different varieties is also distinct .The article includes 9 kinds of rose that were experienced respectively by the water stress .During the time of controlling water, every variety was tested in the way of protection enzyme activity, leaf water potential and chlorophyll fluorescence analysis. In the meantime, we carry on the effective water use efficiency and a series of photosynthesis physiology tests to various varieties .According to the response and result of the experiment ,analyze the varieties reaction of shape, physiology and biochemistry indexs in the varying degree .Finally ,use the average subordinative function method to sum to the combating drought correlation each target summation .It is concluded that the drought resistance of Rosa species from the strongest to the weakest were as follow: Iris bloudowii Ledeb. Rosa beggeriana Schrenk >紫叶蔷薇> Rosa chinensis. Var.semperflorens >四锦>黄和平> Rosa xanthina Lindl. > Rosa banksiae Ait > Rosa rugosa Thunb > Rosa hunb. At last, sieve a few anti- drought strongly roses .
