“平台+模块”人才培养模式下教学管理制度的优化研究

【摘要】 N大学实施的“平台+模块”的人才培养模式是“基于‘平台+模块’课程结构体系多样化人才培养模式”的简称,它是指在按学科大类招生的基础上,通过“平台+模块”结构的课程设置和弹性修业年限,学生进校后,前两年不分专业;后两年,学生可按照“志愿+考核”的原则在相应学院或学科内自主选择专业;在完成专业基础平台教育后,学生根据自己的志愿选择专业方向,实现二次分流。该模式以“拓宽口径、发展个性、注重创新、适应需求”为基本特征,力求实现通才教育与专才教育的有机结合、实施素质教育与创新教育、强化学生个性培养、满足社会对各类人才的需求,为学生综合素质的提高与个性发展创造条件。作为一种创新的人才培养模式,它的实施离不开相应的教学管理,其目标的实现也必须有配套的教学管理制度加以保障。然而,在N大学实施这一新的人才培养模式的五年时间里,通过调查发现:作为保障新的人才培养模式的配套的教学管理制度存在着三个方面的局限性:学分制的施行还不是很彻底、对学生的学习指导制度不完善、教学质量监控与保障体系乏力。这些都影响了这一人才培养模式效益的更大发挥。对上述问题进一步的分析表明,N大学学分制的施行还不是很彻底主要体现在:开设的选修课程的数量还不是很多、自主选择教师的自主性或者说是自由度太小、校际间的学分互认制度还没真正实行。对学生的学习指导出现局限性,主要体现在学分制的教学管理制度下,学生对自己的学习安排缺乏计划性,对自己的职业取向也缺乏规划性。教学质量监控与保障体系呈现出局限性,主要体现在专业、课程、教材三大建设力度不够、平台与模块的课程设置需要不断地改进、教学质量的监控体系不够完善、培养的人才与地方经济的接轨有待于进一步加强。如何解决上述客观存在的问题,研究的结论是:优化或创新与“平台+模块”人才培养模式相配套的教学管理制度是解决及发挥这一模式应有的效益的关键所在,为此提出三大针对性的对策建议:一是丰富与发展学分制。首先,要从课程和教师两个角度来考虑制订相应的配套制度。课程方面,学校要建立相关的扶持激励政策和课程审核与把关制度。教师方面,要制订和完善牵涉到教师切身利益的各类政策。对于外聘教师,也要建立相应的权责制度和课程审核与把关制度。其次,是全面实施自主选择教师制度。对公共基础平台课程,可以全面推行自主选择教师制度;对一些学科基础平台和专业基础平台课程,可以尽可能实行一课多师的政策,通过一课多师制度的实现,逐步达到并推广自主选择教师制度。最后,要建立校际间的学分互认制度。要把跨校选课纳入教学计划,同时要规定学分互认的原则。二是强化学习指导制度。首先,可通过进一步推广完善本科生导师制来实现。导师可分为学分制导师(低年级)和科研导师(高年级)。其次,建立学生个性化学习指导体系,包括制作详尽完备的选课指导书和成立学习指导中心并完善其职责。最后,建立学生学习预警系统,包括课程信息管理系统的设计与开发、每一位学生动态的、指导性的培养方案的设计以及学习过程及质量的信息反馈等,以达到对学生学业预警的目的。三是完善教学质量监控保障制度。首先,可完善专业、课程群负责人制。把大力开发选修课程、加大课程改革力度、提高课程的质量、拓展专业的内涵和深度,做为专业、课程群建设的一项日常性工作。其次,做好模块的设计和平台的搭建工作。学校应该高度集合并精炼某一专业群所必备的基础知识和基本技能,同时设置强调能力本位、重视职业资格导向和现实需要的教学模块,并根据每年的实际情况灵活调整所开设的模块课程。再次,完善教学质量监控体系。在原来施行的一些基本制度的基础上,可以通过实施新教师的培养扶助计划、教学检查定期监控制度、教学信息联络反馈制度、考核评价制度和教学听证会、教学质量网上实时监控查询体系以及历届毕业生质量信息反馈网等制度来完善。最后,成立人才培养基地、构建地方服务体系。可通过建立校内大学生创新教育实践中心、校外大学生创业基地、与地方企业单位建立合作伙伴关系以及政府的扶持,来达到高校加快服务地方的步伐。

【Abstract】 The educational module of "platform + blocks" at N university is the shortened name of the educational module, based on "platform + blocks’ curriculum structure system. It means on the basis of recruiting students according to disciplines, the students will complete their study through the course structure of "platform + blocks" and flexible credit options. After the students enter the school, in the first two years they do not have the speciality, which are studying at school by "platform + module" structure course offered and elasticity. In the latter two years, the students may choose speciality independently by the rule of "wish + inspection". After completing the platform education of the specialized foundation, the students can choose the specialized direction according to their own wish, and this realizes the second divergences of speciality. This pattern has the basic characteristic of "the broadening of knowledge, the development of individuality, the focus of innovation, the adaptability of demand", and seeks to make the organic synthesis between the specialist education and the generalist education. focusing on the implementation of education for all-around development and the innovation education, strengthening the student individuality, satisfying the society’s need of various talented persons. Above all, it creates the condition of the enhancement of the multiple qualities and the individuality development for students. As one kind of innovative educational module, it can not work without the corresponding teaching management, and the realization of its goal must be guaranteed by the necessary teaching control system.However, during the five years of the implemention of this new educational module at N university, and through the investigation, it has found that the necessary teaching control system safeguarding the new educational module has three limitations: the credit system execution is not very thorough; the student’s learning instruction system is imperfect; monitoring and safeguard system the quality of teaching is lack of role. All these have affected the bigger function of the educational module.After the further analysis on the above questions, the reason for the first problem that we mentioned above,which is mainly due to lack of the quantity of the elective courses, and the freedom of choosing teachers is too limited, and the systems of credit recognition among schools are not implemented completely. The second problem we mentioned above, manifests on the system of credit system. In the system, the students are lack of planning how to arrange their study and how to program their own professional orientation.The last one we mentioned above, is mainly on the insufficient construction of speciality, the curriculum, and teaching materials. The curriculum provision on the platform and the module should be improved gradually, and the monitoring system of the teaching quality is still not so consummate.The connection of the talented persons and local economy still needs to be further strengthened.The research resucts on how to solve the above problems is that we should optimize or innovate the teaching system fitting for the educational module, which is the key point in how to exert the benefit on this module.In the thesis, the author proposes three suggestions on the above problems.Firstly, we should enrich and develop the credit system.Above all, we should stipulate the corresponding policy by considering the curriculum and the teachers.On the curriculum aspect,the school should establish the related support policy and the curriculum verification and check system.On the teacher aspect,the school should draw up all kinds of policies which are benefitial to the teachers.For the teachers who are engaged from outside,the school should establish the corresponding policy on rights and duties, and also the curriculum verification and check system.Then, comprehensively, we should completely implement the policy of focusing on choosing the teachers independently. To the public foundation platform curriculum, we can carry out the policy entirely .To some discipline foundation platform curriculum and the specialized foundation platform curriculum, we can implement the policy of several teachers for one subject as widely as possible, so as to popularize the system of choosing teachers by students themselves.Lastly, we should establish the policy of recognizing the intercollegate credits. In the teaching plan, we should bring into the courses from other schools.Simultaneously we should also stipulate the principles of credits recognition between universities.Secondly, we should strengthen the study instruction system.Above all, we can realize the system by spreading the undergraduate student tutorial system.The tutor can be divided into credit system teacher (lower grade) and scientific research teacher (higher grades). Then, we can establishe the individualized study instruction system, including facturing the full instruction books and establishing the center on study instruction.Finally we can establishe the study warning system, including designing and developing the curriculum information management system, designing each student’s educational which is dynamic, full of instruction, as well as, feedbacking the study process and quality and so on. In this way, we can reach our target on warning the student’s study in time.Thirdly we should perfect monitoring and safeguard system of the teaching quality.Above all, we may consummate the system of the person who is in charge of the speciality and the curriculum group. It shall be taken as daily work for the school to develop the electives, enlarge the dynamics of curriculum reform, enhance the curriculum quality, develop the connotation and the depth of the speciality.Then, we should do well in the module design and the platform building. The school should highly concentrate the necessary elementary knowledge and the basic skills that some speciality needs. Simultaneously, the school should establish the modules that emphasize practical-ability, the professional-orienteed qualifications, and the school should also adjust the module curriculum nimbly according to actual situation every year.Next, the school should Consummate the system of the monitoring ang safeguarding teaching quality. It can be perfected by basing on the original policies to implement the new teacher’s training plan, the regular monitoring system, the information contact feedback system, the appraisal system as well as the teaching public hearing, the real-time monitoring inquiry system on the network, and also the feedback system of all previous graduates.Finally, the school should establishe the educational base, construct the local service system.We can speed up the steps by establishing the center that the students can make more practices and do some innovation work there, establishing the base outside for the students to carve out, and by establishing the partner relations with the local enterprises and seeking the local government’s support.
