新课程背景下教师培训实效性之研究

【摘要】 自从1999年教育部关于《中小学教师继续教育规定》颁布之后,教师培训便如火如荼地展开了,到2003年国家推行新课程改革以后,教师培训的重要意义更加突显出来,一方面新课程改革需要通过高效的教师培训来提高教师的素质,可另一方面,却是教师培训的低效和软弱无力,如何提高新课程背景下教师培训的实效性便引入了本文的研究。本文从Y区教师培训实际出发,通过现场和网上的问卷调查、访谈以及本人长期的观察与思考,收集了大量的材料,通过分析与整理,本文认为当前教师培训低效主要表现在培训目的、培训内容、培训方法、培训模式和培训评价五个方面。总结出当前教师培训低效的主要原因是:教师培训是一种“目中无人”的培训;培训机构的垄断;培训经费投入的匮乏以及培训者自身素质的低下。本文在分析这些原因的基础上,进一步揭示了更深层次的原因,即培训机构和培训者没有尊重参训教师的主体地位,没有发挥参训教师的主体地位,为此,本文在主体性教育的研究成果和参与式培训的基础上,提出了主体性培训的设想,概括出了它的内涵,并提出了它的实施策略,即培训目标的人本化,培训内容的情境化,培训方式方法的互动化,培训模式的多样化以及培训评价的科学化,从而最终提高新课程背景下教师培训的实效性!

【Abstract】 After《Provision of continuing to educate of primary and junior school teacher》of Ministry of Education promulgate in 1999, the training of teachers spread like a raging fire, after promoting a new curriculum reform up to the 2003, the important of the training of teachers meaning much more. On one hand new curriculum reform needed to raise the teacher’s diathesis during efficiently teachers, but on the other hand, the training of teachers is low effect and flabbiness, how to raise the actual effect with a new curriculum education background leads to go into the textual research then.This article sets out from Y, with the questionnaire of both the open air and internet, the interview and my long-term observation and thinking, is collected a great deal of information. With analysis and arranging, this article thinks the current of the low of the training performance mostly manifest in training aim, training content and training methods, training mode and judge of training. The main reason of low effect seems to be: trainer is full of supercilious; the monopolization of the training institution; the lack of budget and the low diathesis of the trainer. This article analysis the foundation of these reasons, points out the most essential reason: then training organization and trainer do not respect the reality that teacher as the identity, do not exert the trained teacher’s main action. Therefore, this article is putting forward to identity training from identity education and attending training, generalize its meaning, put forward its implement strategy: training aim is making the well-being of mankind, training content with specific situation, training methods of interaction, training mode diversification and judge of training scientific, and finally advance the actual effect of the training of teachers with a new curriculum education background.
