新旧隧道变截面接合施工几个关键问题的研究

【摘要】 随着我国城市地下交通的迅速发展和城市地铁的网络化,必然会在地铁施工中遇到地铁接合问题。目前国内遇到交叉接合施工的情况不是很多,而在地下采用暗挖方式进行新旧结构接合施工的实例更是少之又少,有关这类问题的的解决将为城市隧道工程中遇到类似难题提供可行的经验。本文根据西直门地铁站人防段新旧接合工程进行了数值模拟计算和现场监测,主要研究内容包括以下几个方面:1.以西直门地铁站人防段接合工程为背景,对复杂条件下变截面接合工程进行了数值模拟分析,研究了以下内容:(1)过渡段结构的应力变化分析,即对过渡段的起始面和结束面结构在计算中提取关键点进行应力分析。(2)接合面处既有结构的应力变化分析,对既有结构在计算中提取关键点进行应力分析。(3)开挖段与既有结构拱顶沉降分析及人防扩大段与既有结构接合部位差异沉降的分析。2.对该接合工程现场进行监控量测,主要监测项目及研究内容如下:(1)接合面既有结构应力监测,监测仪器为XJM钢弦式表面应变计,主要研究接合处既有结构应力变化规律。(2)过渡段初衬隔栅钢架应力监测及过渡段初衬隔栅与围岩间压力监测,监测仪器为XJG-2钢弦式钢筋应力计和XYJ-3钢弦式土压力盒,主要对过渡段起始断面和结束断面进行结构和围岩应力进行监测,分析变截面开挖隧道应力的重分布规律。(3)拱顶沉降监测,仪器为水准仪,主要对过渡段拱顶和接合面处的拱顶进行监测,分析结构的变形与差异沉降。3.通过新旧防水层接合实验,得到新旧防水层搭接处理的最佳施工方案:选择旧的玻璃布与沥青的混合防水层与ECB防水卷材之间选用SBS改性沥青防水卷材作为过渡材料。

【Abstract】 With the development of inter city underground rail transit and urban subway networked in china, many conjugation problem in metro struction will emerge undoubted. At present, there are not many conjugation problem in metro struction in china, while conjugation problem in tunneling at shallow depth is much fewer. So the solution of these problem will provide feasible experience on the similar problem in tunneling engineering. According to the engineering of the civil air joint stage of Xizhimen subway station, this paper makes a numerical simulation and field monitoring. The main research contents are as follows.1. By the background of the civil air joint stage of Xizhimen subway station, makes a numerical simulation on variable section conjugation engeneering under complicated condition. The main contents are summarized below.(1) The analysis on stress changes of transitional structure.(2) The analysis on stress changes of the existed tennel conjugation structure.(3) The analysis on crown settlement of new tunnel and the existed tennel, and the analysis on differential settlement between new tunnel and the existed tennel.2. It makes a field monitoring, the main projects of monitoring and studying content are as follows.(1)The monitoring on stress changes of the existed tennel conjugation structure. The monitoring instrument is XJM steel chord surface strain gauge. The main studying content is stress variation law of the existed tennel conjugation structure.(2) The monitoring on stress changes of initial grid and soil pressure bwteen initial grid and the rock around. The monitoring instruments are XJG-2 steel chord reinforce stress meter and XYJ-3 steel chord Pressure cell. The main studying content is stress variation law of variable section tunnel structure.(3) The monitoring on crown settlements of transitional stage and existed tennel. The main studying contents are deformation of transitional stage and differential settlement between new tunnel and the existed tennel.3. By conjugation experiment between new waterproofer and old waterproofer, we get the best plan on waterproof conjugation. It that choosing Waterproof Rolled Sheet Made of SBS Modified Asphalt as transitional material to link ECB waterproof roll and mixed waterproofer by glass fabic and asphalt.
