高钛重矿渣混凝土应用技术研究

【摘要】 由于至今还没有哪项高钛型高炉渣提钛技术能兼顾提钛及渣的大量利用并实现工业化生产,因此建筑材料资源化仍是当前攀钢解决生产和环境问题的主要途径之一。而目前攀钢高炉渣在建筑材料中的应用研究深度、广度及系统性都十分缺乏。本文系统研究了高钛重矿渣碎石、渣砂作为混凝土集料代替天然砂石的可行性。并在此基础上,依据国家现行的混凝土配合比设计规范,采用高钛重矿渣碎石、渣砂集料,研究配制了C10~C55普通矿渣混凝土和C20~C60泵送矿渣混凝土。并对混凝土的物理及力学性能、耐久性以及回弹规律进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:高钛型重矿渣集料在水热条件下,混凝土最大线膨胀率为123×10-6mm/m,无爆裂现象发生,不存在体积安定性问题;高钛重矿渣集料碱活性反应表明,试样最大线膨胀率为0.046%,远远小于国家标准规定的0.10%的要求,耐久性符合国家相关规定要求。在坍落度基本相同、胶凝材料用量大致相等的情况下,矿渣混凝土28d和60d强度比天然砂石混凝土强度有较大幅度的提高,一般高5~10Mpa,二者弹性模量相当。C20矿渣混凝土抗渗等级为P8,28d碳化深度为0.2mm,Cl-离子扩散系数为1.421×10-12 m2/s,硫酸盐侵蚀抗折系数为0.97,抗冻等级为F100,满足混凝土耐久性设计要求。矿渣混凝土回弹曲线与攀枝花地区专用回弹曲线有显著差异,为保证建筑结构安全,在实际建筑安全评价中用专用的回弹曲线。

【Abstract】 At the present time, there doesn’t has any technology which could recovery titanium from high titanium-bearing BF slag and make full use of the residue at the same time, even implements industrial production. Therefore, using the high titanium-bearing BF slag as the building materials is a major route for Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co.. Presently, the research of using BF slag in the building materials isn’t enough. This thesis study on the feasibility of using high titanium-bearing BF slag substitute for the natural sandstones as the concrete aggregate. On the basis of previous work, C10~C55 of common concrete and C20~C60 of pump concrete are produced by this slag as the concrete aggregate according to the state’s existing design norm of concrete mixture ratio. The physical and mechanical properties, durability and rebound regularity of concrete have been studyed systematically. The main conclusions are listed as follows:Under the condition of hydro-thermal, the largest linear expansion rate of slag concrete is 123×10-6mm/m without bursting, so the problem of volume variable does not exist. The alkali-aggregate reaction of slag aggregate indicates that the largest linear expansion rate of samples is 0.046% which is far less than the national standards 0.10%. Durability can be satisfied with the requirements of relevant national rules.When the slump constant and the amount of cementitious materials are the same, the intensity of slag concrete of 28days and 60days are much higher than that of natural sandstone concrete. The slag concrete and the natural sandstone concrete have the same Young’s modulus.The grade of impervious of C20 slag concrete is P8. The depth of carbonization is 0.2 mm. The diffusion coefficion of Cl- is 1.421×10-12 m2/s. The flexure coefficient after corrosion by sulphate is 0.97. The grade of frost resistance is F100. All of these factors meet the requirements of the durability design of concrete.The special rebound strength curve of high titanium BF slag and the rebound strength curve of the area of PanZhihua has significant difference. It is better to use the special rebound strength curve in the safety evaluation of actual construction to assure the safety of the building structure.
