静液压传动试验台的控制研究

【摘要】 整体式静液压传动(Hydrostatic transmission)装置HST,是一个集双向变量泵、定量马达、齿轮补油泵、控制阀于一体的液压传动装置,广泛应用于工程车辆和农业机械。本文研制了一种HST控制试验台,开发出了基于虚拟仪器的测控系统软件,并在制造好的试验台上进行了静液压传动控制的试验。本文对静液压传动技术研究进展及虚拟仪器进行了综述,详细论述了静液压传动的基本原理、HST的基本结构、性能特性、以及发动机的性能特性,由此提出了HST控制试验台机械部分的设计方案,设计了试验台的机械部分,包括动力装置、加载装置、传感器和控制部分执行机构的选型,该试验台结构布置上克服了由于HST的特殊形状所带来的不便,HST控制试验台的研制对静液压车辆及静液压农业机械具有实际的意义。本文的测控系统设计部分由硬件和软件两部分组成。测控系统硬件部分主要包括各种传感器的选型、标定、以及数据采集卡的选择。在软件设计部分,利用LabVIEW语言开发了基于虚拟仪器的测控系统软件,设计了一套数据采集和控制的程序。测控软件操作界面友好、可实现数据的自动记录、自动显示、自动分析等功能,提高了数据的可靠性和准确性。最后在设计制造的试验台上进行了静液压传动的控制试验,结果表明:在PC机上实现基于虚拟仪器的控制静液压传动机构是可行的,数据更可靠,更方便,开发时间更短从而提高生产效率。

【Abstract】 Hydrostatic Transmission (HST) is a hydraulic transmission driver, it collects the bidirectional variable displacement pump, the constant displacement motor, the gear pump and the control valve in a body. HST widely applies to engineering vehicles and farm machinery. This thesis developed a controlling test bed of HST, developed testing and controlling system software based on virtual instrument technology, and carried on the HST experiment of control in the test bed.The thesis introduced research progress of hydrostatic transmission technology and virtual instrument. The thesis introduced the operating principle, the basic structure of HST in detail and the performance of engine, proposed the design plan of HST controlling test bed; designed the machine part of test bed, including choice of power device, loading device and torque and rotating speed sensor, design or choice of drive shaft, shaft coupling, bearing, bearing pedestal and so on. The test bed has overcome inconvenience bring by especial configuration of HST in mechanical structure arrangement, Conclusions are made that the controlling test bed of HST play a key role in engineering vehicles and farm machinery.The measurement and control system of test bed is composed by hardware part and the software part. The hardware part included the choice and calibration of sensor, the choice of data acquisition card. In the software design part, the author developed measurement and control system software with the LabVIEW language based on the virtual instrument technology, designed the program of data acquisition and control system. This software has friendly interface together and powerful functions, can carry out data display, the automatic recording, automated analysis and so on, and has improved the reliability and veracity of data.Finally, the thesis carried on the HST controlling experiment using the test bed. The result shows that: the controlling of HST is feasible based on virtual instrument in computer. It has the strongpoint of more reliable date and using less time thus enhances the efficiency of produce.
