【摘要】 监控系统是保障人们财产安全、预防安全事故的一种有效手段,在数字化信息时代,以数字化视频监控系统为主的相关安全防范技术及其应用,是安防领域的重要热门研究课题。本文结合实际工程,针对数字化视频监控系统进行了专题研究。(1)结合视频监控系统发展的历程,论证了多媒体、网络化视频监控系统是适应数字化发展趋势的视频监控系统。(2)研究了数字视频监控系统各组成部分技术及数字视频监控系统原理。根据视频监控系统工程设计的原则和数字视频监控系统的传输要求,给出了摄像部分、传输部分、控制部分的工程设计方法。以多媒体数字监控系统工程设计为例论述了其系统结构、组成、功能、设备及其选型。(3)针对视频监控的中小型应用场合,设计出了基于当前流行的监控设备——硬盘录像机的网络型视频系统,并给出了工程设计与实现方案;对于大型监控系统,作者提出了基于TCP/IP网络的数字化监控系统设计方案,实现了多监控中心协同监控管理。(4)结合湖南城市学院的实际工程项目,进行了视频监控系统工程设计。根据工程项目的特点及要求,设计并给出了视频监控系统的工程设计方案、系统图、监控点布局图、系统设备清单,并详细阐述了系统的功能实现和维护管理。数字化、智能化、集成化和网络化的安防系统是当前安全防范领域的发展趋势,其在各行业和部门的应用越来越广泛,本文虽是针对高校校区进行的视频监控系统工程设计,但对于其它具体监控系统的设计实施也具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Monitoring System is an effective way to protect people、property safety and prevent of accidents. In this digital information age, the application of digital video monitoring system and other related security technology, is an important area of hot research topic. The paper specially studied the video monitoring system by combinating a practical engineering.(1) Combining the developing course of the video monitoring system, it has proved that multimedia video monitoring systems and network video monitoring systems are the most suitable monitoring systems for digital trend.(2) Studied the component and principle of digital video monitoring system. According to design principles and demond of digital video transmission control system, the paper gives an project design for camera parts, transmission parts, control parts. As an example, the paper discussed the structure, composition, function and equipment selection.(3) A design based on the current prevalence of monitoring equipment -- hard disk recorder network video system has been provide for small and medium-sized applications, and the paper also gives the project design and implementation programs for large control system which based on TCP / IP network. It achieved a more coordinated monitoring and management.(4) A video monitoring system has been designed according to the actual project of Hunan City University. According to the project’s characteristics and requirements, the author designs and gives a video monitoring system with its diagram, control point layout, equipment inventories, and described the function and maintain management of the system in detail.Security system with digital, intelligent, integrated and network is the trends in security field. Its application has increasingly extended in various industries field and sectors. Although it is a special design against the college campus, but for other specific control system the design also implemented the reference value.更多还原
