直流低压网络智能化管理系统设计与研究

【摘要】 舰船供电系统主要由交流供电网络和直流供电网络两部分组成,目前交流供电网络的控制、监测和硬件设施日益发展,自动化程度越来越高。而随着新型蓄电池的推广应用和舰船的日益大型化,实现对直流低压网络科学的、有效的、安全的管理也是势在必行。目前舰船上已投入使用的直流低压系统还没有形成网络化管理。舰船上一些控制过程复杂的动力监控系统一般采用控制系统——集散控制系统,“集”是集中管理,是对信息管理而言;“散”是分散控制(使用),是对控制功能而言。随着该系统在舰船不同领域的成功应用,为我们开展直流低压网络智能化管理系统的研制提供了可供借鉴的技术途径。直流低压网络在舰船上主要作为应急电源、控制设备的备用电源、主一辅机起动电源及日用电源,直流低压网络对舰船供电所起的作用,在特定情况下,决不亚于主电源所起的作用。因而对直流低压网络进行科学管理,显得很有必要。为了保障装备系统的可靠性、维修性和战术性能,发挥其应有的战斗力,传统的人工维护管理手段已经无法满足现代化装备系统的保障要求,智能化的网络管理配电系统已逐步成为现代化电力系统可靠运行的必要保证。随着计算机技术的高度发展,带动了该技术在舰船上的日益发展和广泛运用,计算机技术及信息管理技术是舰船直流低压网络智能化管理系统发展的方向之一。论文结合成功建造的,已交付部队使用及正在建造的舰船直流低压网络系统的配置应用实例,首先对现役舰船直流低压电力系统的实际使用情况进行了详细的了解,摸清了舰船上正在使用的充电装置、充放电板等在使用管理方面存在的问题及其它不足;其次对国内外相关技术领域的电源控制技术、资料进行了收集分析,借鉴国内外先进技术,以同类设备已有的成熟技术为基础;另外还对国内新设计舰船相关复杂系统的集散设计进行了初步分析,并将这些调研的信息进行归类、对比分析;同时以XX型舰的直流低压系统配置为背景,针对蓄电池组、充放电装置、配电设备全舰分散布置的使用状况,进行分析。将以PC/PLC/μP为控制核心的集散控制系统技术应用到舰船的直流电力领域,优化了直流电力系统的配置,解决了原直流低压系统分散布置,设备管理不便及免维护蓄电池充电特性不匹配等难题。可实现对直流低压网络的科学、系统、有效的智能化综合管理,确保直流低压网络的安全可靠运行,提高管理效率和蓄电池使用寿命,减轻舰员工作量。总结出了低压网络智能化管理系统,以实现对直流网络系统的优化配置,从而达到提高舰船的生命力和作战能力的最终目的,具有显著的军事和经济意义。

【Abstract】 The power supply system of warship is based on two departments: AC and DC power supply systems. Now AC system is developing very fast in controlling, monitoring and hardware components. As new type battery comes into used popularization and large warship put into construction, it’s more important to realizes management of D.C. low voltage network with more scientific, more systemic and more efficient; insures the working of network on the safety; improves efficiency and using-life of battery. But at present the DC low voltage put into used hasn’t been managed in network way.The complex system of propulsion monitoring and control on warship has been adopted centralizing—dispersing way, centralize management is used for information, and dispersing management is used for control. The control system has been used successfully in different area, so we can use its simulation in research and design intelligent system of D.C. low voltage network.On warship, the DC low voltage network is used for emergency power supply, backup power supply in controlling system and daily power supply, in specific condition it is as important as main power supply, so the DC low voltage network is necessary to research. The traditional way in manual maintenance can’t satisfy the requirement of modern arming, in order to ensure the availability, maintenance and tactic of arming, exert its strength, the intelligent system of network turns into important to ensure modern power supply system’ normal running. Accompany with the technology of computer develops fast; it has been used widely and developed increasingly. One of the development directions of D.C. low voltage network is computer and information management technology.The dissertation combined D.C. low voltage network with warships which have been constructed successfully and delivered to army or under constructing. Firstly, finding out the detail condition actually in used of D.C. low voltage network in service warship, grappled the problem and lack of management in using charge & discharge panel; secondly, collecting and analyzing technology information in relative scopes of power supply internal and abroad, based on ripe technology, using advanced technology; otherwise analyzing relative complex system designed in centralizing—dispersing way in new ship, and classifying, analyzing, comparing the investigate information; simultaneous use D.C. low voltage network in XX type warship as background, analyzing the use condition of battery set, charge & discharge plant, power distribute equipment, arrangement all over the ship. Put the centralizing—dispersing system control technology which bases on PC/PLC/μP into DC power supply scope in warship, optimized the scheme of DC power supply system, resolve the difficult problem is that inconvenient management for equipment and unmatched charge characteristic of valve regulation maintenance-free battery. It can achieve scientific, economy, and efficiency management for D.C. low voltage network in intelligent integrated way. So it can ensure D.C. low voltage network to run in the safe and credible way, improve the efficiency of management and the effective life of battery, light crew’s workload. The paper summarized the intelligent system of D.C. low voltage network, use for achieving the optimize scheme, thereby reach the finally object of improving vitality and battle ability, obviously it has the meaning of military affairs and economy.
