【摘要】 换热器在国防工业、化学工业、石油工业和航空航天工业中有着广泛的应用,应用的场合也越来越多。所以人们对换热器性能的研究也越来越得到重视。当今换热器应用场合的改变,使得人们需要掌握其每时每刻的工作状况,这样就需要知道其动态变化的特性及参数。而我们以往对换热器性能的研究大多数都是停留在稳态上,这显然不能满足当今对换热器应用场合的需要。从换热器工作的场合及经济性上考虑,例如有些场合不适合做实验,或者根本不允许做实验,以及实验成本太高等,所以计算机仿真就成为其了解换热器动态工作特性的有效手段。本文对换热器整体建立数学模型,克服了以往数学模型需要进行线性化的缺点,利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件,建立仿真模块,编写S函数,对其进行仿真。仿真模块及程序具有通用性,可以适应此类结构的不同参数的换热器仿真。

【Abstract】 Heat exchanger has a wide application in national defense industry, chemical industry, petroleum industry and aerospace industry, the occasion of application is also increasing. So great importance has been attached to the performance study of heat exchanger.With the change of application occasions of heat exchanger today, the working condition of every time and every moment of it should be known, so the characteristics and parameters of dynamic changes. But the past research just stayed in the steady state; which obviously can not meet the needs of current heat exchanger applications.Considering working condition and economics of heat exchanger, such as not suitable for experiment, not allowed to do experiments, high cost and so on. As a result computer simulation has become an effective method for dynamic characteristics study of heat exchanger.In this paper, the overall mathematical model of heat exchanger, overcoming the need of linear of the traditional model, has been established. By using MATLAB/SIMULINK, building simulation module, writing S-function, simulation is done. The simulation module and program have versatility, which can adapt to simulation of different heat exchangers.
