基于PCI总线技术的数字随动控制系统设计

【摘要】 控制技术的发展,使随动系统广泛地应用于军事工业和民用工业。论文主要针对自动控制原理实验室购进的SKJ-PCI型数字随动系统,在现有硬件的基础上,进行上位机软件的重新开发。要求保留原上位机软件的实验内容,补充编写控制算法实验,并开发“帮助”文档,丰富实验内容,改善实验效果。论文在Windows XP环境下,基于Visual C++6.0集成开发环境,以PC为主控机,完成软件核心设计及控制算法程序设计。该应用程序主要完成PC机与SKJ-PCI数据采集控制板之间的通信,实现零点校准、参数整定、PID控制以及新增的编写控制算法实验。文中对随动系统进行了详细的系统分析,对SKJ-PCI数据采集板的使用作了具体介绍,并重点讨论了软件的设计思想和设计流程。采用Visual C++调用MATLAB引擎绘制响应曲线。利用该上位机软件可以完成自动控制原理数字随动系统部分的实验。

【Abstract】 With the development of control technology, servo system is widely used in military industry and civil industry. This paper focuses on the type of SKJ-PCI digital servo system. To reinforce the content of the experiment and improve its effect, developing new software according to the hardware is needed. Besides of the primary content, algorithm design self-design and experiments are added to the new software.Under the environment of Windows XP, Visual C++6.0 is used to complete the procedure and algorithm design with a computer as the main control device. This procedure establishes the communication between SKJ-PCI data acquisition controlling plane and computer. The program includes zero adjustment, parameters setting, PID control as well as algorithm design self-design and tests. The paper puts stress on the mind and flow of design. Through calling MATLAB engine, it has finished drawing curves of response.Taking advantage of the program, it could help to do experiments of digital servo system.
