安康电业局用电营销软件项目计划与控制研究

【摘要】 随着我国供电业改革的不断深入,电业完成了从计划经济体制下的供电局到市场经济体制下的供电企业的转变,供电企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。现代供电企业的竞争主要是通过改进服务手段、增加服务功能、拓展业务品种、提高服务效率来实现的。而实现这一目标的有效途径就是通过实现供电业务电子化,利用高科技的IT手段,为客户提供方便快捷、丰富多样的供电服务,以增强自身的竞争能力和发展能力,取得更大的经济效益。因此现代供电企业开发高效适用的应用软件系统的能力就直接决定了供电企业的竞争能力。为满足供电企业不断增长的电力需求和产品创新需求来进行软件开发是一项高度复杂的工作。如何将供电应用软件开发工作以系统高效的方式进行,是本文的研究主题。项目管理是当今软件工程界用于保证软件质量和提高生产效率的主要手段之一.本文运用项目管理理论和软件工程理论,结合现代供电企业的实际情况,对应用软件开发项目的计划和控制管理进行了研究探讨,给出了供电企业实施软件开发项目管理可操作的方法。将项目管理方法应用于安康电业局的开发实际,取得了很好的效果。

【Abstract】 With the deepening of financial reform in China, the power supply bureau have succeeded transmitting to power supply enterprise. Now the competition is becoming fiercer in this circle. To win the competition, the modern power enterprise improve the service through offering customers the convenient, swift and various customer service by employing internal electronic system with advanced software. Therefore, the ability of developing software is one of the key factors to strengthening enterprise’s competitive ability. And the project management is the major method to realize the power marketing management information system development.To meet the requirement of power increasing and power product innovation, developing power marketing software is very complicated. This paper studies how to develop software for the power marketing management information system in high-efficient way, using the theory of the project management and the theory of software engineering. The paper combine with the real situation of power supply enterprise, research on planning an controlling of marketing information system of KANG AN power supply bureau. This paper presents the practical and feasible method for implementing software project in power supply enterprise. The method proved itself acceptable and effective by implementing it in the software development project in AN KANG power supply bureau.
