基于CIM的全关系化配电网空间数据模型研究及应用

【摘要】 随着电力系统信息化建设的不断深入,电力信息系统无论从功能还是数据上都变得越来越复杂。应用及数据样式的增多,使得大量应用重复开发,而且各种应用大多由不同厂家开发,使用的数据模型定义与开发平台也不尽相同,使得不同应用系统间的数据难以交互结果造成工作效率低下、数据一致性差等一系列问题。为了整合配电网信息系统的各种应用,实现各种应用软件在一个平台上共用一套数据,就迫切需要采用基于CIM的统一电网数据模型来实现数据的共享,进一步实现“数据与平台分离、数据与应用分离”,因此提出基于CIM的统一的电网数据模型实现信息一体化集成应用来解决信息孤岛等问题;实现信息一体化集成应用首先最基础的问题就是建立统一的电网数据模型,因此在本文中实现信息一体化集成应用是最终目标,正是研究本课题的必须要性所在。本文在基于IEC61970/IEC61968标准的基础上,分析并扩展了配电网的数据模型,重点研究了配电网空间数据结构,并实现了对配电网空间数据的全关系化应用模型的转换,建立了具有实用意义的全关系配电网空间数据库,基于全关系化空间数据模型在杭州电力局建立了配网资源中心,实现电网数据共享一体化集成应用,并在配电生产业务管理中得到了应用。

【Abstract】 With the deepening constantly of information construction of power system, the electric information system becomes more and more complicated not only the function but also data. A lot of applications have been developed repeatly because of having no united platform , data style and applications developed by many different enterprises.Furthemore,different data difiniton and developing platform result in having many serious difficults in information share and data consistency.In order to combine various application of the distribution network information system, realize various application software sharing a set of data on a platform,the applications need to adopt the data model of uniform electric net based on CIM to realize the sharing of the data urgently, further realize " the data, platform separation, data arc with employing separating ".Presenting the uniform electric wire netting data model based on CIM realize information integrates and should be used for solving problems such as the detached island of information,etc.; Realize information integrate, employ basic issue to set up uniform electric net data model at first.The thesis has a final goal that the information must be integrated and employed in uniform platfom.This thesis is on the foundation based on 1 EC61970/IEC61968 standard, analyzes and expands the data model of the distribution network. The distribution network spatial data structure has realized the conversion of the model to the whole relation of the spatial data of the distribution network, have established the distribution network spatial database of the whole relation with practical significance. The power bureau of Hangzhou has set up resource centre of the network on the basis of the whole relation spatial data model, realizes the electric net data share integration application, and has got application while producing the business to manage in the distribution.
