【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,我国城市的经济活动和社会活动日益繁忙,大多数城市正处于郊区快速城市化的建设阶段,一方面,大量的工业区和住宅区向郊区扩张,另一方面,大规模的产业群和人口向城市聚集。不断扩大的城市和高度聚集的人口对城市的交通需求迅速上升,进而引发日益严重的城市交通问题,在许多大城市出现了交通阻塞、交通事故频发等一系列现象,对城市社会经济发展带来严重影响。城市交通的紧张局面不是孤立存在的,它的出现一方面涉及到城市经济发展、土地规划开发等宏观领域,另一方面也与具体的城市建设项目开发相关联,大型商业建筑作为城市建设中的重要项目类别,其对城市交通存在着怎样的影响就成为城市建设发展中的一个紧迫问题。城市的商业区往往以一个或数个大型商业建筑为核心形成,本文通过城市商业区结构演变与城市交通的关系分析,结合武汉市大型商业建筑的交通状况调查,采取统计分析的方法,从大型商业建筑与城市道路的空间关系、内部交通流线组织与外部交通的联系方式以及城市交通设施的建设等方面对大型商业建筑的交通影响进行了研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1990s,our civic economic and social activities have been increasingly busy, the majority city just is in the construction phase of fast suburb-urbanization. On the one hand, the massive industrial and residential districts expand to suburb; On the other hand, both large-scale industrial group and population aggregate to urban. Unceasingly expanding city and highly collective population cause civic traffic demand rapidly to rise, and lead to increasingly serious municipal traffic problem, there are the traffic jam and the frequent traffic accident in many large-scale cities, which seriously affected the civic social and economic development.The tense situation of municipal traffic -- which is related to the macroscopic domain of the urban economic development and land planning exploitation as well as the specific urban construction development -- is not isolated. How does the large-scale commercial building which takes on a important role in urban construction have the impact to the municipal traffic? Then this becomes an urgent problem. business district often takes one or several large-scale commercial buildings as the core. By analyzing the relationship of the business district structural evolution and municipal traffic, and investigating the traffic condition of the large-scale commercial building in Wuhan by the statistical method, the paper studies the traffic impact of the large-scale commercial building, including the relationship of commercial building and road, the internal traffic streamline and exterior traffic as well as municipal traffic facility.更多还原
