基于DSP的高速运动钞币面额在线识别技术

【摘要】 随着科技和经济的高速发展,图像识别技术已经越来越广泛的应用在工业控制、过程管理、安全监控及日常生活等各个领域。在金融业高度发达、钞币市场流通量激增的今天,传统依靠人力完成的钞币清分处理工作已经难以胜任,于是钞币面额检测技术变得越来越重要。本文正是针对这一需求,基于替TI公司的DM642平台提出了高速钞币面额识别系统的设计方案。本文基于系统设计要求,仔细分析了系统各部分实现功能,选定了高速线阵CCD、高速双采样AD以及逻辑控制器件CPLD来实现图像采集设备的设计。并充分利用DM642内部集成的Video Port和EDMA设备特性,完成DM642与图像采集设备的无缝连接,实现无需CPU参与的自动图像采集。本文针对采集的图像特性建立其图像样本模型,开发出适用于嵌入式系统的快速钞币面额识别算法,包括图像预处理、图像预分类及特征区域提取、模板匹配三大部分。根据DSP平台的特性对算法进行了进一步的优化。最后本文基于实时嵌入式操作系统DSP/BIOS,针对系统流程开发了多任务调度模式的系统程序构架,在此基础上为图像采集设备开发了基于FVID/GIO模型的设备驱动程序。

【Abstract】 With the fast development of technology & economic, graphic detection technology is more and more applied in the fields of control, process management, security monitor and human life. In now day ,with the large bill rash and economic development, the work role of bill denomination detection can not still be applied by human being. Bill denomination detection technology by processor is so important that the system solution of bill denomination detection is designed based on DM642 of Ti Corporation.In this paper, with the analyses of system function requirement, the equipment of high-speed linear CCD, high-speed dual capture AD and CPLD are chosen for graphic capture system. With the special functions of video port and EDMA in DM642, DM642 is connected with graphic capture system. The graphic can be captured without the support of CPU.Sample model is contributed according to captured graphic and the fast bill denomination detection program is for embedded system is designed, consisting of graphic pre-process ,special area achievement and sample compare . This program is co-designed for DSP system.In this paper, based on the real-time embedded operation system of DSP/BIOS, the multi-task control solution is design for system control process, and the equipment driver of FVID/GIO model is designed for graphic capture equipment.
