城市电网自动电压无功控制系统(AVC)建设相关问题的探讨

【摘要】 本设计首先介绍了我国在电网的无功电压管理方面存在着许多问题,然后就这些问题的存在说明了对电网实施电压无功优化的实际意义。通过AVC系统的简单介绍,阐述了系统的主要目标是实现电压校正、功率因数校正和网损优化,也即是实现电压合格和无功平衡的问题。通过分析AVC的基本原理,得出实现电压合格和无功平衡的控制手段主要有两种:调节有载调压变压器的分接头和电容器的投切。基于如何实现电压和无功双参数最优化的问题,引出了许多种优化算法,而现在地区电网的电压无功控制系统中多数用的是线性规划法,通过计算得到各个设备对母线电压、功率因数、网损的灵敏度,结合九区图这样一个控制原则,从而实现对电压、无功的优化控制。依据城市电网AVC的性能指标要求,确定了最优方案。最后根据最优方案进行实施,并提出了验收标准和运行管理规程。

【Abstract】 This design first introduced that our country has many problems in the aspect of reactive voltage management in the electrical network, then on these question existed, the design explained optimizes the practical significance to the electrical network implementation voltage idle work. Through the simple introduction of the AVC system, it elaborated the essential target of system is to realize the voltage adjustment, the power factor adjustment and the net damages the optimization, also the question of keeping the voltage to be qualified and the realization of the idle work balance. Through analyzing the basic principle of AVC, the design obtained the control method of realization of voltage to be qualified ad the idle work balance mainly has two kinds: The adjustment of the regulating transformer and the capacity or throws or cuts. Based on how to realize the voltage and the idle work optimization, it has drawn out many kind of optimized algorithms, but the voltage idle work control system in the present area electrical network most uses the linear programming law. Obtaining the sensitivity of the equipment to the generatrix voltage, the power factor and the net damages through the computation, unifying the control principle of nine areas charts, thus it realizes the control of the voltage and the idle work optimized. Finally, according to the performance index request of local electrical network AVC, Carry on an implement according to the superior project finally, and put forward checking before acceptance the standard and movement to manage a rules distance.
