油田联合站节能自动化控制优化运行研究及其应用

【摘要】 我国东部油气田开发已进入了高含水期,集输泵站的节能降耗优化运行已成为油气集输系统亟待解决的重要课题。针对孤二首站存在的主要问题,结合孤二首站目前实际情况,对孤二首站实施原油处理节能技术改造。对各个子系统实施相应的监控方案,在实现各关键耗能环节优化运行的基础上,按照生产过程的规律,将各生产环节进行有机衔接,实现整体系统优化运行,形成一个完整的原油脱水处理自动监控系统。本课题的研究主要包括以下内容:1、按照物料平衡实现站内提供能量最小为目标,进行了各子系统和总体优化运行方案的设计。2、采用先进的分布式控制系统、检测技术、模糊控制算法、系统优化运行策略、硬件冗余和软件容错技术等,实现了全站关键参数的实时检测,主要设备的优化控制,实现了系统总体的优化运行和节能降耗,同时也提高了全站操作管理水平。3、采用OPC技术进行设计和开发,实现了监控网络与管理网络的互联即管控一体化,有利于优化生产调度。该系统已投运近一年,运行平稳,安全可靠,达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 Because the exploitation of oil and gas fields in east China has been in the period of high water in oil, it becomes a very important task of how to optimally save energy and consumption of the transport and storage stations. To solve the present main problems in GuEr station, technical reconstruction of energy saving in crude oil procedure has been performed. Individual monitoring plan was drawn for each subsystem and the operation of energy consumption in each key unit was optimized. All product units are effectively connected so that the whole optimum system has been realized according to the rule of production. Therefore, an entire monitoring system for crude oil dehydrates processing comes into being. Some researches have been done in this project, which is listed as follows.1. According to materiel balance, each subsystem and the whole optimizing running scheme was designed in order to realize the least energy consumption.2. In this system, several advanced control technologies have been adopted; such as DCS control system, measurement technology, fuzzy control algorithm, system optimum running strategy, hardware redundancy and software fault tolerance. In this way, many achievements were made, which includes real time collection of key parameters in the whole station, the optimizing control of primary equipments, optimum operation of the entire system and the saving of energy and consumption. As a result, the whole station management is improved.3. By using OPC technology to make design and development, the system has realized the connection of the monitoring and management network.This system has been running stably and safely for about one year, which satisfied with the design requirements.
