发动机数据采集系统的研究

【摘要】 国外的专门用于研究缸内过程的燃烧分析仪,技术较成熟,功能强大,但价格昂贵、维修困难,从而也使国内相关仪器设备的开发成为必要。本文在模仿国外燃烧分析仪的基础上,自行开发研制出了一些适合我国国情的发动机数据采集分析仪。本论文的主要研究内容如下:1.设计柴油机瞬态气缸压力采集及燃烧分析所需要的硬件系统。2.利用Visual c++6.0.Visual Basic 6.0等开发工具,结合面向对象的设计方法,采用多线程、多缓冲等技术编写气缸压力采集与燃烧分析系统,该软件可以实现数据采集、绘图、数据存盘和燃烧分析等复杂的功能。3.确定柴油机燃烧放热率的分析计算模型,计算燃烧放热率,绘制相应图形。利用实验室现有设备,进行了多缸发动机气缸压力采集与燃烧分析系统的研发,通过对发动机气缸动态压力的实时监测,开发出数据采集和燃烧分析系统,绘制示功图,分析气缸燃烧状况,为科学研究提供有价值的信息。

【Abstract】 On abroad,the combustion analyzer specialized for researching the process of cylinder is more mature and powerful, but it is more expensive and difficult for maintenance, thus it is to develop the relative equipments in demestic.On the basis of imitating the combustion analyzer of abroad, self-developed and worked out a number of engine data acquisition analyzers which suit our conditions .The study of this thesis as follows:Firstly, Design the hardware system which needed by the Acquisition and combustion Analysis of diesel engine Transient cylinder pressure.Secondly,Use the Visual C + + 6.0 and Visual Basic 6.0 tools, with the object-oriented design method, and make use of multi-threaded, multi-buffer, and other technical to compile the cylinder pressure Acquisition and combustion Analysis System.The software can achieve data acquisition, mapping, data archiving ,combustion Analysis and other complex functions.Thirdly,Determine the analysis model of Combustion Heat Release Rate for Diesel Engine to calculate the Combustion Heat Release Rate and draw the corresponding graphics.Using current equipment in laboratory. multi-cylinder, engine signal acquisition and combustion analysis system is developed. Through the real-time monitoring of the cylinder dynamic pressure, develop data acquisition and combustion analysis system, draw the Dynamometer Card , and analysis cylinder combustion conditions which provide valuable information for scientific research
