【摘要】 “节能省地型住宅”概念，其内涵，就是要把住宅建设发展，建立在资源“节省”的基础上。在保证住宅功能适宜和舒适度的基础上，减少能源、土地、水和材料等资源的消耗，实现住宅建造、使用过程的“四节一环保”。本文分析当今国内外住宅产业化状况，通过对国家相关政策、规范、标准和对国内外标准比较的基础上，调查研究，总结我国节能省地型住宅的特点。针对我国提出的“节能省地型住宅”概念，进行实例分析，对比研究，调查分析，研究其本身特性。从“节能”的角度出发，着重从国家政策、建设体系、建筑策略、技术措施等几个方面研究我国节能省地型住宅，分析我国“节能省地型住宅”的基本特征和建设特点。最后论文从研究需要的角度出发，总结并尝试归纳提出了我国“节能省地型住宅”的设计策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The connotation of "Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing" is to construct houses on the basis of resources-saving and to reduce the waste of energy ,land ,water and materials on the basis of guarantee residential fuction and comfort so that "four Energy Saving one environmental protection" concept would be acheived during the construction and use of housing.This Article analyzes the current status of the housing industry at home and abroad and summarizes the features of "Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing" in China on the basis of a comparative study of related principles, strategies and standard of home and abroad. At the same time, by the means of some case analysis, comparative studies and diagnoses on national policy, construction system, strategy and technology, this article focuses on the features and development of "Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing" from the point of view of "Energy-efficiency". Finally, this article try to put forward the design approach of "Energy-efficient-and-land-saving Housing" in China in consideration of an academic tendency.更多还原
