人性街道的实态营造与意象构建之研究

【摘要】 当下的城市街道建设大多陷入盲目扩张状态之中,“你只有路,而没有街道。”用路易斯·康的这句话来描述今日的城市是再合适不过了,本文试图对这一现象进行梳理,初步寻求解决问题的方案。舒尔茨曾经指出:人的存在是空间性的,建筑空间是人的心理空间的外化。人既是街道空间的使用者,同时又是街道空间的体验者。通过学习传统美学和西方认知理论,本文认为人在街道空间中所获得的印象和感受的总和构成了街道意象,是审美活动的结果,人性化的街道不仅应该是“功能为人”,更应该“意象宜人”,街道形态塑造的终极目的是良好街道意象的构建。设计者不但应该关注街道空间空间是如何从客观形态上满足人类需要的,更应该关注空间的“人化”特征,只有如此才是街道空间设计的本质。街道空间是“真-善-美”三者在时代语境下的统一,从功能需求和审美模式两个层面上满足了不同时代的需要。从社会心理变化的视角看待街道审美和具体的空间营造,使我们得以更深入的了解人们的所需、所想,创造更具人性化的街道空间。

【Abstract】 The creation of city streets nowadays are in a state of blind expansion , "you only have a road, but no neighbourhood," the phrase of Louis Kahn is an ideal fit to describe the city. The paper tried to straighten out this phenomenon and explore a solution.Schultz once pointed out that one is the existence of the space; the architectural space is outside of the psychological space. Actually, one is the street space users, but he is also the one get experience of the street space. Through the study of traditional aesthetics and Western cognitive theory, the paper come to a conclusion that result of human activities on the streets is to form a good streetscape, humane streets not only should be "functional ", but also should be even "Imagery pleasant", the final goal of street creation is to generate a good streetscape. Beside how the street space meets human needs, designers should also concern about the "human" characteristics of streets, and that is the essence of street design.Humane street space is a unity of "real-kind-beautiful" in the social context, the functional requirements and aesthetic patterns are two different aspects to meet the needs of citizen. Looking at the space creation in the perspective of changes about social psychology enables us to a deeper understanding of citizen’s needs and to a more humane street creation.
