基于现场总线的控制模块设计

【摘要】 现场总线技术自70年代诞生至今,由于它在减少系统线缆,简化系统安装、维护和管理,降低系统的投资和运行成本,增强系统稳定性能等方面的优越性,引起人们的广泛注意,得到大范围的推广。现场总线(FieldBus)技术是安装在生产过程区域的现场设备/仪表与控制室内的自动控制装置/系统之间的一种串行、数字式、多点通信的数据总线。现场总线技术可使用一条通信电缆将现场设备(智能化、带有通信接口)连接,用数字化通信代替4-20mA/24VDC信号,完成现场设备控制、监测、远程参数化等功能。本文介绍了一种用于计算机控制系统中的基于现场总线控制模块的设计,本设计拟采用以C8051F060片上系统为核心,配以标准工业信号(1~5V/4~20mA)输入放大电路、RS485通信接口电路、标准工业信号(4~20mA)输出电路、供电电源电路以及人机接口电路(包括LED显示和键盘接口电路),在信号输入范围:1~5V或4~20mA(信号测量精度0.1%),输出信号形式:4~20mA(信号输出精度0.1%),通信方式:支持485硬件协议和MODBUS软件协议(能够与组态软件挂接),供电电源:220VAC±10%,环境温度:0~70℃,环境湿度:≤85%的技术条件下,设计一款支持现场总线通信协议的,能够与组态软件直接挂接的控制器。

【Abstract】 Can cause the automatic control system and the equipment based on the field bus technical control module in the factory modern computer control system application joins the factory information network, the constitution enterprise information network first floor, causes the enterprise information communication the cover scope to extend continuously to produces the scene, has the extremely vital significance in the industrial production, and along with field bus technology in control system applied research thorough and practice application unceasing popularization, its function more and more will highlight.Summarizes to mainly has following several aspect goal based on the field bus control module technology research:1、Saves the system hardware cost as far as possible, enhances its performance-to-price ratio;2、Causes it more convenient to carry on the configuration, the installment and the debugging;3、Causes the system maintenance, the equipment replacement and the system expansion is convenient;4、Enable the user to the system disposition, the equipment shaping to have more rights to independence;5、As far as possible for the consummation enterprise informationization system, realizes the synthesis modernization for the enterprise to provide the foundation.The design of an intelligent data acquisition and control module which is used for the computer control system is introduced. This design plans to use take the C8051F060 piece on the system as a core, Matches (1~5V/4~20mA) inputs the enlargement electric circuit, the RS485 correspondence connection electric circuit, the standard industry signal by the standard industry signal (4 ~ 20mA) the output circuit, the electric power supply electric circuit as well as the man-machine interface electric circuit (including the LED demonstration and keyboard connection electric circuit), in signal input scope: 1~5Vor 4 ~ 20mA (signal measuring accuracy 0.1%), output signal form: 4 ~ 20mA (signal output precision 0.1%), mailing way: Supports 485 hardware agreements and the MODBUS software agreement (can hang with configuration software meets), electric power supply: 220VAC±10%, ambient temperature: 0~70℃, environment humidity: <= 85%, under the engineering factor, designs section to support the field bus correspondence agreement, can hang the controller directly with the configuration software which meets. The paper prime task includes:1、Pair of each kind of field bus agreement carries on the analysis choice reasonable field bus (to plan to use the ModBus main line)2、To plan to use the C51 language to compile the ModBus main line agreement, and take the C8051F060 piece on the system microprocessor as the core controller movement main line agreement driver, and carries on with the configuration software debugs jointly3、Carries on the control algorithm theoretical analysis and the Matlab simulation experiment4、Uses the C51 language compilation control algorithm procedure, and moves the experiment on the C8051F060 microprocessor to control hardware electric circuits and so on the algorithm and experimental signal gathering, signal output.5、Finally realizes the field bus, the data acquisition, the data processing in a piece of C8051F060 microprocessor (control operation and so on), system complete functions and so on control signal output, and completes the system synthesis debugging work and the laboratory tests the experiment.Already in overseas arrived the widespread application take the field bus technology as the communication technology computer control system, regardless of therefore was theoretically or in the practical application, all has the massive literature and the example may refer to the model, we plan the microprocessor which uses are on the newest C8051F060 piece the system. It is a piece of composite signal processor which simulated signal processing and CPU unify, has the operating speed quick, gathering and the processing precision higher characteristic, also the price is cheap, therefore as the control core development suits our China Enterprise present situation take microprocessor C8051F060 to result in based on the field bus control module is feasible.This design unifies the field bus technology and the industry control module, uses on the advanced C8051F060 piece the system is the control core, completed signal gathering, the data processing, the control on a piece of chip has output and corresponds processing and so on the complete function, signal gathering and the control output has realized the software calibration, has realized by the few electronic device based on the field bus control module, was opposite in the traditional gathering electric circuit, the ADC controller, DAC separation period design and so on controller MPU controllers has a higher integration rate and the secure reliability, enable it to have the volume slightly, the power loss low, the cost low, the control precision high, the reliability high, debugging simple and so on merits, even more is advantageous for the user to install at the same time the debugging also to be suitable for the volume production.
