【摘要】 MES系统在企业计划管理和车间生产控制之间架起了一座信息沟通和管理的桥梁，使企业将更容易建立一个精细化、信息化的制造环境。中国石化行业在生产层面，迫切需要应用MES系统，来降低能耗、优化产品结构、增加产品的附加值，提高炼厂的生产管理和控制水平。本文共分六章，阐述了MES系统的应用背景和意义，从兰州石化公司的生产经营现状出发，分析了业务流程中存在的主要问题，对MES管理系统应用进行了可行性分析研究，通过综合应用所学理论知识，确定了MES系统模块设计及应用范围，提出了该公司MES系统的应用方案。指出通过应用MES系统管理，可以进一步完善公司信息化建设，实时掌握企业的生产计划、运行管理、生产执行和生产统计等情况，帮助公司实现决策科学化、管理高效率化和控制最优化，从而提高企业的经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Manufacturing Execution System set up a bridge of communicate and managing information between Enterprise Resource Planning and workshop manufacture, it can make enterprise to set up the fine produce environment more easy. Petrochemical industry of china need Manufacturing Execution System to put into action quickly to reduce energy consume、optimize product configuration and increase product value, improve whole managing and control level.The article is made up six parts and expatiate the application’s background and meaning of Manufacturing Execution System ,based on the state of production and management in Lanzhou petrochemical company ,and analyse these main problems in the operation flow ,study the feasibility of MES in Lanzhou petrochemical company. Through combine those MBA theories, we confirm the module and apply range of MES, put forward the application project of MES in Lanzhou petrochemical company. MES can consummate information Construction, real time predominate production plan、circulate management、produce administer、produce statistic, It also helped Lanzhou petrochemical company realize science decision、high efficiency、management optimization control, to improve economical benefit of Lanzhou petrochemical company.更多还原
