中国实验快堆功率调节系统的数字化仿真研究

【摘要】 中国实验快堆(CEFR)功率调节系统是CEFR的重要组成部分,它根据中子通量信号,通过控制调节棒在反应堆的移动来调节反应堆中子通量水平,实现反应堆功率的自动调节。当反应堆功率出现偏差时,它能克服反应性扰动,并能使反应堆维持在需要的功率水平上。本课题根据现有CEFR功率调节系统的设计,建立数学模型,进行仿真分析和验证。通过试验数据与仿真运行的对比分析,验证了仿真模型的正确性;为进一步研究快堆功率调节系统奠定了基础。基于此模型对系统进行一系列动态分析,为CEFR功率调节系统的调节品质的改善提供了依据;同时对调节系统的稳定性进行了分析,论证了提高调节棒微分价值的必要性和可行性,为CEFR功率调节系统的优化和原型快堆的功率调节系统设计提供了有益参考。

【Abstract】 The power regulating system is one of the most important systems of China Experimental Fast Reactor(CEFR). Due to the sign of neutron flux, the power regulating system can regulate the neutron flux by moving the regulating rods in the reactor, therefore automatically control the power of the reactor. This system can overcome the disturbance of the reactivity and maintain the stability of the power.This paper summarizes the formulation of the mathematical model based on the design of the CEFR power regulating system and some further researches by simulating analysis. Comparing the test data and the result of the simulation, the validity of the mathematical model are verified, which lays a foundation for further researching of the power regulating system. Therefore the control quality of the system can be improved by a series dynamic response analysis of the system. Mean while, by analyzing the stability of the system, the necessity and operability of increasing the regulating rod differential worth have been proved, which provide the available reference to the improvement of CEFR and the design of the prototype reactor in China.
