【摘要】 随着制造业信息化的发展,CAD、CAPP在企业中得到了越来越广泛的应用。CAD、CAPP在企业中的应用加快了产品设计、生产的速度,降低了企业生产成本,提高了产品质量和企业的竞争力。螺杆钻具是一种目前使用最广泛的井下动力钻具,其对石油工业的发展有着非常重要的作用。因此,对它的CAD、CAPP研究也很有必要。随着企业信息化的广泛实施,更需要把信息化的优越性应用到螺杆钻具的设计、生产过程中。首先,介绍了螺杆钻具的国内外发展应用情况,提出了开发“基于PDM的螺杆钻具CAD/CAPP系统”的必要性和目的。其次,根据企业有关资料,结合螺杆钻具的结构和工艺特点,在Windows环境下,利用VBA、VB和VLISP对系统进行了设计,完成了螺杆钻具CAD系统的开发,建立了图块库,对图形进行了模块化设计;根据企业生产特点和要求,完成了工艺库设计,简化了螺杆钻具产品设计开发过程,实现了对企业的工艺进行管理。系统建立了可以帮助设计生产人员快速查询、修改产品资料的产品数据管理模块,使产品设计效率得到了提高,增加了用户权限设置等特殊管理功能模块,能够满足当前螺杆钻具生产企业的设计开发需要。最后,总结了系统开发中的主要问题,对今后的研究工作提出了合理的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of manufacturing infomationization, the technologies of CAD and CAPP have been widely used in enterprises. Their applications in the business accelerate the speed of design and lower the cost of products, and then improve the quality of products and the competitiveness of enterprises.Screw drill is the one of the most widely used down hole motor, which has an important effect on the development of the oil industry. Therefore, it is very important to research CAD and CAPP. We need to apply the superiority of information to the design and production process of screw drill especially in the information age.Firstly, this paper introduces the situation of development and application of screw drill in domestic and foreign, and proposes the necessity and goal in development of the CAD and CAPP system of screw drill which is based on PDM.Secondly, according to some design material of enterprises, we finish the second development of CAD and establish the chart block storehouse to carry on modular design to the graph of screw drill by combing with the structure and technology features of screw drill on the base of using VBA, VLISP and VB to design the system in Windows. We also complete the craft storehouse design, predigest the development process of screw drill and realize the management to craft according to the characteristic and request of enterprises. This system establishes the product data management module which can help us inquiry and amend product material quickly. And the module improves the efficiency of product design and meets the needs of enterprises of screw drill and increases some special management module such as establishing user jurisdiction.Finally, the paper summarizes the main problems in system development and puts forward the reasonable proposal to the next research.更多还原
