丘陵油田低压产层产出剖面解释方法研究

【摘要】 丘陵油田位于吐哈盆地台北凹陷鄯善弧形构造带西段。随着油田勘探开发的深入,井筒流体压力不断降低,目前已低于泡点压力。对于这类低压产层,在产液过程中,部分天然气会从油和水中分离出来,从而在井内形成油气两相流动或油气水三相流动。一方面流体脱气后使得涡轮转速与视速度的相关关系变得复杂,这就给产出剖面视速度的求取带来了困难;另一方面三相流产出剖面的解释也是产出剖面解释的难点。本文正是以丘陵油田为研究对象,从常规产出剖面解释的角度展开了对丘陵油田低压产层产出剖面解释方法的研究。论文主要分三部分,第一部分主要介绍了低压产层产出剖面解释参数的求取,包括论文的第三章和第四章。在这部分,论文从生产测井的基本理论出发,结合相关数学、地质、物理方面的基础知识,建立了产出剖面解释基本参数的求解模型和井筒流体压力低于泡点压力情况下的烃类属性模型,同时对视速度的求取方法进行了分析和对比,通过对研究区块产出剖面测试资料的总结,理论联系实际用多元线性回归拟合了起动速度和流量、密度、粘度之间的响应关系,并对探讨了对异常起动速度的校正方法。第二部分包括论文的第五章,详述了产出剖面的解释方法。对连续流产出剖面解释引入了气液两相解释漂流模型、油水两相解释滑脱模型和油气水三相流动解释滑脱模型,并对模型中的参数的求取作了比较深入的探讨;对过环空产出剖面的解释,根据在实验井上有针对性的实验所获得的实验数据制作了低产情况下直井的环空解释图版,同时也对环空解释中遇到的问题作了必要的研究。第三部分主要是论文的第六章,首先综合运用地质、试油、生产测井、分析化验及生产动态等资料,结合丘陵油田井筒流体压力低于泡点压力、产量低、含水高的特点,就研究区块产出剖面测井曲线的特征进行了详尽的描述,并结合低压产层产出剖面测试曲线的特征对低压产层产出剖面进行定性的解释;然后运用所建立的三相流动解释滑脱模型和环空解释图版对油田实际产出剖面测井资料进行定量解释。本文通过对低压产层产出剖面测井响应的研究,应用多元线性回归建立了多相流动时起动速度与流量、密度、粘度之间的响应关系式,用此关系式对异常起动速度校正,并应用相应数理知识深入地探讨了油气水三相流动解释滑脱模型中各参数的求取,最后结合对现场资料的定量解释建立了一套适于本区且具有一定推广应用价值的低压产层产出剖面解释方法。

【Abstract】 The Qiuling oil field is located in the west of Tuha basin Taipei sunken Shanshan arc structure. Along with oil field exploration development thorough, the well chamber fluid pressure unceasingly reduces, at present has been lower than the bubble point pressure. With regard to this kind of low pressure productions, the partial natural gases can separate from the oil and the water in the process of production, sequentially forms the oil gas two-phase flow or the oil gas water three-phase flow in the well. On the one hand, after the fluid degasification causes to the respond relation between the turbine revolution speed and apparent velocity of fluid become more and more complex, This bring about difficulty to calculate the apparent velocity in production profile. On the other hand as the three-phase production profile interpretation is universal difficulty. This article is take the Qiuling oil field as the research object, delivered the angle from the conventional production profile interpretation to the Qiuling oil field low pressure productions production profile explanation method research.The paper mainly divide into three parts, the first part mainly introduced how to calculate the low pressure produces layers interpretation parameters, including third chapter and fourth chapter in the paper. In this part, the paper embarks from the production logging elementary theory, combine related mathematics, geological, physical etc elementary knowledge, established the basic parameter calculate models and the hydrocarbon compound attribute models in the case of well chamber fluid pressure lower than bubble point pressure. Simultaneously, analyzed and contrasted the method of calculate apparent velocity of fluid in the well chamber. Through to collected the production profile test materials in the research area. Apply the theory union reality with multi - parametric linear return has fitted between the starting velocity and flux, density, viscosity response relations, at last discussed to the exceptionally starting velocity adjustment method. The second part including the fifth chapter of paper, In this part detail expatiated the method of production profile interpretation. Toward to continuum flow production profile explanation introduced gas-liquid two-phase drift model, oil water two-phase watt model and oil gas water three-phase watt model. After that, discussed the parameter calculate in the model. Regarding to annular production profile interpretation ,in this paper according to the empirical datum which obtained from experiment in vertical well, manufactured the interpretation chart in lowly produced vertical well in the situations of annular wells. At same time researched the question which met in the process of the annular production profile interpretation. The third part mainly is the sixth chapter in the paper. At first ,synthesizes using the geology, oil test, production logging, analysis chemical examination and production performance material, and union the characteristic of Qiuling oil field well chamber fluid pressure is lower than the bubble point pressure, the output is low, high water contains, exhaustively depicted the characteristic of log curves about research area,and union the characteristic of low pressure produce layer test curves to carry on the qualitative explanation of low pressure produce layer production profile. Finally, utilizes established three-phase flows Watt model and annular explanation chart to carry on the quantitative interpretation about test materials of production profile.This article through research of log response in low pressure produce layer production profile, Applie multi-parametric linear return to established the starting velocity and flux, density, viscosity response relations in the situations of three-phase flows. And use this response relations type to adjust the exceptionally starting velocity. Then applicate corresponding mathematics knowledge thoroughly discussed how to calculate various parameters in the oil gas water three-phase flow watt model. Finally unified the scene material quantitative interpretation establishes a set to be suitable for the research area also to have the certain promotion application value the low pressure produce layer production profile explanation method.
