模糊专家系统在高炉炉温预测中的研究与应用

【摘要】 在高炉冶炼过程中,保持合理的炉温是高炉生产稳定运行的关键因素之一,高炉生产过程的顺利进行,仍然取决于人们在生产中所积累的经验。这种操作方式很难完全满足高炉稳定顺行的要求,故借助于现代科学中的计算机技术、信息技术及人工智能技术来提高高炉生产的自动化水平就成为了当务之急。本论文的研究目的利用模糊专家系统的知识,把高炉冶炼专家的经验进行总结,数据采集采用OPC技术,提出了基于模糊专家系统的高炉炉温预测系统。本论文研究工作主要涉及到高炉炉温预测参数的选择、高炉炉温预测与模糊专家系统的综合考虑,而在高炉专家系统的研究和开发中,高炉过程数据的来源和采集方式更是系统运行的先决条件和重要的一部分。论文首先通过高炉炉温变化机理的研究选取了预报炉温所需要的参数,然后通过模糊专家系统的知识将参数模糊化、建立模糊规则库、选择合适的模糊推理机和解模糊器。利用自动化中OPC数据传输协议采集高炉过程数据.在这些基础上介绍了高炉炉温预测模糊专家系统的分析与设计。最后,本文对整个研究工作做了进行了总结与展望。

【Abstract】 In the blast furnace smelting process, maintain a reasonable temperature is stable operation of blast furnace production of one of the key factors. BF production process to proceed smoothly, still depends on the production people have accumulated experience. This mode of operation is difficult to completely satisfy BF stability with the requests, and therefore the help of modern science and computer technology, information technology and artificial intelligence techniques to improve blast furnace production level of automation has become the top priority.In this paper, the purpose of the study using the fuzzy expert system knowledge, blast furnace smelting experts sum up the experience, Data acquisition using OPC technology, based on the fuzzy expert system BF Temperature Forecast System.The main thesis research work related to blast furnace temperature forecast parameters, BF Temperature Forecast and fuzzy expert system considered, and in BF expert system research and development, BF process of data sources and collection methods the system is a prerequisite and an important part. The paper first blast furnace temperature changes through the mechanism of selecting the forecast temperature required parameters, then the fuzzy expert system knowledge of fuzzy, establish the fuzzy rule base, choice of Fuzzy Inference Engine and Defuzzifier for reconciliation. Use of automation OPC data transmission protocol blast furnace process data acquisition. In these foundations on the blast furnace temperature forecast fuzzy expert system analysis and design. Finally, the entire research paper on the work of summing up and Prospect.
