机电复合磨削技术应用及其相关装备研究

【摘要】 难磨削材料(如高温合金)具有一系列优良的物理机械性能,因此在航空、航天、船舶、石油、化工等工业部门中得到了广泛的应用。但同时也对磨削加工提出了更高的要求。所以文中针对如何提高难磨削材料磨削效率和质量,提出了一种新的电火花电解机械磨削复合加工方法——机电复合磨削新方法,并且实践证明它是一种既能大幅提高磨削效率,又能获得较高磨削表面质量的新型磨削方法。本文全面综述了影响加工工艺指标关键设备之一的电火花脉冲电源的研究现状及发展趋势。并在此基础上,分析确定了与机电复合磨削新方法相适应的脉冲电源的电规准,如脉冲能量、直流电压、脉冲频率和脉冲间隔等,并据此对脉冲电源进行了总体设计,包括供电直流电源、脉冲电源主电路和控制电路的总体设计。然后根据电压要求具体设计了带功率因数校正环节并能实现电压稳定、连续可调的直流供电电源;最后将弛张式RC脉冲电源和晶体管式脉冲电源相结合设计出了独立式RC脉冲电源,并通过对主回路、控制回路以及相应控制软件的具体设计实现了脉冲电源的其它电规准要求。完成了对新方法专用脉冲电源的设计。本论文提出的机电复合磨削新方法以机械磨削为主,结合了电火花和电解两种特种加工方法,探索了新的适用于难磨削材料的磨削方法,丰富和完善了磨削工艺方法体系;同时论文根据新方法的具体要求分析得出了适合的电规准,并据此设计了与新加工方法相配套的专用脉冲电源,进一步完善了机电复合磨削新方法的外围装备;这些不但提高了高温合金的磨削加工性,而且也向新方法的实用化迈出了关键的一步。

【Abstract】 Difficult-to-grind material (e.g. high-temperature alloy) takes on a seriesof excellent physical and mechanical properties, so they are applied extensivelyin aviation, space flight, ship, petroleum and chemistry industries. But thisalso raises higher requirements for grinding machining, so to aim at enhancinggrinding efficiency and quality of difficult-to-grind material, the paperproposes a new method of discharge-electrolysis combined grinding machining——the new method of electromechanical grinding combined machining, and throughexperiments on the new method, we find that its grinding efficiency and qualityare high.The paper summarizes the research works and development trends of electricaldischarge pulse generator that is one of the important equipment on technic index.On this basis, it analyses guiding rules of electricity of pulse generator forthe new method, such as pulse energy, volts D.C., pulse frequency, pulseseparation and so on, and designs pulse generator as a whole, including DC supply,main circuit and control circuit according to the rules. Then the paper designsDC supply for the stable and continuously adjustable voltage concretely, whichhas Power Factor Correction function; finally, contrives independent RC pulsegenerator by handing relaxation circuit RC and transistor pulse generatortogether, and completes the design of this device.The new method of electromechanical grinding combined machining is ongrinding machining basis, combining electrical discharge machining andelectrochemical machining, and it makes grinding technology system more abundantand perfect; at the same time, guiding rules of electricity are educed accordingto the new method, and the special pulse generator is completed, which perfectsperipheral equipment of the new technique; all of these not only increasemachinability of high-temperature alloy, but also take a step for utility.
