基于未确知测度的建筑企业人力资源风险评价研究

【摘要】 人力资源风险在每个企业当中占着及其重要的地位。例如:招聘失败、关键技术人员突然离职或死亡等。这些都会影响企业的正常运转,严重的甚至会对企业造成致命的打击。因此,将防范人力资源风险作为企业人力资源管理的一个重要组成部分,积极探索人力资源管理中的风险模式,是一个重要的研究方向。当前国内外对建筑施工企业的人力资源风险研究定性描述居多,企业在进行人力资源风险控制时缺乏定量标准。因此,对建筑施工企业的人力资源管理风险进行评价就显得尤为重要。本文试图系统全面的界定和完善人力资源管理和风险管理的概念,建立建筑施工企业的人力资源风险的评价指标体系。据此对具体建筑施工企业的人力资源风险进行实际未确知测度评价,根据评价结果,对症下药,提出相应的人力资源风险管理战略。这对人力资源风险理论的发展和人力资源风险管理实践具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Each enterprise has the risk in the human resources management, for example, the employment failure; key technician sudden leaving job or dying abruptly and so on. These can affect the normal operation; even can bring fatal attack to the enterprise gravely. Therefore, to acquire the risk consciousness, to explore positively the risk pattern in the human resources management, will be taken human resources management an important constituent. And also it will be the new research direction.Current risk research domestic and foreign in construction enterprise’s human resources is basically at the qualitative description stage; this causes the enterprise to lack the quota standard when carries on the human resources risk control. Therefore, appraisal to the construction enterprise’s human resources risk management appears to be especially important.This thesis attempts to definite system concept of the human resource management and the risk administration, then establish the risk appraisal index system of human resources management in construction enterprise. On the basis of risk appraisal index system, actual risk appraisal to the concrete construction enterprises is carried out. According to appraisal result, corresponding human resources risk administration strategy is bought forward. This has guiding significance to development of human resources risk theory and human resources risk administration in practice.
