河北平原区区域地壳稳定性及其模糊数学综合评价

【摘要】 河北平原构造复杂,地震频繁,工程地质问题众多,而其整体地壳稳定性如何,至今尚无人做专门研究。本论文遵循以构造稳定性评价为主兼顾其它因素的原则,应用模糊数学综合评价方法,对河北平原区域地壳稳定性做出了定量化评价。在影响地壳稳定性众多因素中,本论文抓住构造这个重点,对河北平原主要断裂的分布情况、活动性做了比较系统地探索和研究,得出了太行山山前断裂带是一条第四纪活动断裂带、邢台-唐山一线地震带为一深部断裂的结论,并初步确定河北平原区主要断裂有27条。在此基础上,又对河北平原的地壳深部结构、新构造活动及现今构造活动、地壳表层结构及岩土力学性质、地震活动及其危险性做了较为系统的研究。在对影响地壳稳定性主要因素做出科学析分析后,以控制河北平原骨架的主要断裂为纲,将河北平原分为五个一级待评区,然后又以次一级构造为纲,将河北平原分为28个断裂带区、24居于不同断裂带之间的地块区,共计52个待评区,并应用模糊数学方法对其进行综合定量化评价。评价结果表明,在河北平原共有11个相对不稳定区,其分布位置基本与邢台-唐山断裂带相一致,另外,在太行山山前断裂带北段的牛东断裂、大兴-夏垫断裂以及平原南部的磁县-大名断裂一带也有不稳定地壳分布,而这些相对不稳定断裂带区又基本上属于深部断裂和活动断裂,这说明深部断裂及活动断裂对地壳稳定性起着关键性作用。另外通过对比评价结果图与河北省地震危险性区划图,发现评价图中大部分相对不稳定区及相对较不稳定区均落在河北省地震局在河北平原区的预测地震危险区内,这说明强震活动和地震危险区也是影响河北平原区域地壳稳定性的一个非常重要的因素。河北平原(京、津除外)总面积72172.5 km2,评价结果显示:相对不稳定区占11.48%,相对较不稳定区33.22%,二者之和占44.7%;相对较稳定区占51.95%,相对稳定区占3.36%,二者之和占55.3%。因此,从总体上说,河北平原地壳相对较稳定与相对不稳定各半,前者略占优,但后者亦不容忽视。

【Abstract】 The structure in Hebei plain is complex, the seism is frequent, and the engineering geology problem is many, but how stability of its whole crust is, up to now still no one do the research specially. With looking after other factors and following the principle that the tectonic stability research is the focus of the assessment and research of regional crustal stability, this thesis has quantitatively evaluated the crustal stability of Hebei plain applying the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive assessment method.In the factors that influence the crustal stability, this thesis takes tectonic stability as the key, researchs and explores systemically the faults of the Hebei plain, and has drawn conclusions that the Pirdmont Fault of Taihang Mountain is a active fault in Quaternary , the seismic belt along Xingtai-Tangshan line is a deep fault, and initially defines that there are 27 main faults in Hebei plain. Based on this, the paper also researchs systemically about the deep crustal structure, Cenozoic and recent tectonic activity, the crustal surface structure and rock-soil mechanical property, and seismic activity and its risk. After having scientifically analyzed the main factors that influence the crustal stability, taking the main faults that control the framework of Hebei plain as the key, the thesis divides the crust into five first order areas, then, with taking the second order faults as the key, divides the crust into 28 fault zones, 24 districts between different faults. So, in Hebei plain there are 52 areas to be evaluated applying the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive assessment method. The result shows that there are 11 relatively instable belts, and their position is corresponding to the Xingtai-Tangshan fault, except for this, in Niudong fault and Daxing-Xiadian fault zones of the north section of the Pirdmont Fault of Taihang Mountain., and in Cixian-Daming fault in the south of Hebei plain, there are relatively instable belts either. All these relatively instable fault belts are deep or active fault, so, this shows that deep fault and active fault plays a key role in influencing the crustal stability of Hebei plain. Moreover, The result of comparing the map of the fuzzy mathematics assessment of regional crustal stability in Hebei plain with the seismic risk zoning map of the Hebei province shows that the most of the relatively instable and less instable belts are within the risk areas of earthquake in Hebei plain forecasted by Hebei Earthquke Department. This shows that strong seismic activity and seimic risk area is a very impritant factor to the crustal stability of Hebei plian.The suface of Hebei plain is 72172.5km2, the result of evaluation shows that the area of relatively instable, less instablre belts, and the sum of the two is respectively 11.48, 33.22, and 44.7 percent of Hebei plain, and the area of the relatively less stable, stable,and the sum of the two is repectively 51.95, 3.36, 55.3 percent of Hebei palin .So, generally speaking, half of the crust of Hebei plain is relatively stable,and half of the crust of Hebei plain is relatively instable,and the fore gains advantage slightly, but, the later shuld not be neglected also.
