【摘要】 本文把农村党群关系和谐化作为一个专题进行研究,以马克思主义基本原理为指导,运用当代政治学、社会学、历史学等相关学科的基本理论和方法,本着解放思想,实事求是的态度,从多个角度、多重视野进行研究,以丰富农村党群关系和谐化的理论,希望能为社会主义新农村建设提供理论上的帮助。文章共分六部分,全面阐述农村党群关系和谐化的相关问题。第1章是研究农村党群关系和谐化的重要意义和农村党群关系和谐化研究现状分析。第2章是农村党群关系和谐化的理论概述。第3章是新时期农村党群关系不和谐的主要表现。第4章是农村党群关系不和谐的原因分析,也是论文的重点之一。从农村党员干部素质;农村经济发展;农村党组织的执政能力;农村制度建设;农民思想文化素质等方面加以分析。第5章是新时期保持农村党群关系和谐发展的构想和策略,这是本论文的重点所在。本章从五方面进行阐述。首先,准确定位。其次,增加农民收入。第三,加强农村各项制度建设。第四,努力提高农村党员干部素质。第五,提高广大农民群众的文化素质。第6章是结论。紧扣论文主题,对整篇论文作一概括性的总结。更多还原
