【摘要】 在当今世界,石油作为非可再生性的战略资源,已经成为影响经济、政治、军事、外交活动的重要因素。随着全球化进程的不断加快,我国的石油安全与世界石油市场的联系也越来越密切。要想维持中国的长期稳定发展,必须实现我国的石油安全,这就要求我们加强对以石油安全为研究出发点的石油政治领域的研究。石油政治的研究领域非常广泛,包括世界石油的供求状况及对国际关系的影响、石油地缘政治格局分析、石油对经济和军事活动的影响、国家石油安全战略、石油政治学科的建立和建设等。在对我国石油政治研究历程进行阶段划分和回顾的基础上,总结了近年来学术界相关的研究成果,使之尽可能系统化。针对当前的研究状况和不足,对石油政治研究的未来进行展望,加强、深化对典型地区的石油政治格局分析、石油对我国与大国关系的影响等问题的研究。此外,还应该加快石油政治学作为一门独立学科的建立和建设,不断拓展石油政治的研究领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the nowaday world, being the strategy resource not regenerate,petroleumalreadybecomestheflexiblekeyfactor affectingeconomy,politics,military affairs, diplomacy. With the accelerated globalization course, theconnection between petroleum security of our country and the worldpetroleum marketplace is also more and more close. To achieve the long-termsteady-going and maintainable development of China, we must realize ourcountry petroleum security. It is required that we reinforce the research to thepetropolitics, which takes the petroleum security as its study starting pointright now. The petropolitics research field is very broad, including worldpetroleum supplyanddemandsituationandtheeffect tointernational relation,structure analysis of the petroleum geopolitics, impact of petroleum overeconomy and military affairs activity, strategy of country petroleum security,building-up and construction of petropolitics subject and so on. On the basisof carrying out stage partition and recollecting the course of our countrypetropolitics research, I have summedup pertinent research achievements ofacademia in recent years,systematizing them to the best of my abilities.Specifically for current research situation and its deficiency, looking into thedistance the future of the petropolitics research, deepening and reinforcinganalysis of the petropolitics pattern to representative area, influence ofpetroleum to China and other great nations relationships and some more research aspects. In addition, we must quicken the building-up andconstruction progress of petropolitics as a separate subject and widen theresearchfieldofpetropoliticsunceasingly.更多还原
