中国石化核心竞争力分析与评价研究

【摘要】 石油化工行业是国民经济的支柱产业,对我国国民经济的发展具有重要的影响。我国加入WTO后,来自国际跨国石油公司的挑战不断增大,提高我国石化企业的竞争力是国家产业政策的重要组成部分,因此对中国石化的核心竞争力研究具有十分重要的现实意义。核心竞争力是战略管理中非常重要的概念。增强企业竞争优势,构建企业核心竞争力是现代企业成长的必经之路。本文运用核心竞争力理论,结合石化行业的竞争特点,建立起适合石化企业核心竞争力分析的评价指标体系,全方位多角度地分析中国石化在竞争规模实力、持续盈利能力、可持续发展能力、市场营销能力、技术创新能力、资产营运能力、经营管理能力、资源控制能力和国际化经营能力等九个方面的竞争能力,并据此提出了中国石化建设核心竞争力的对策和发展战略。

【Abstract】 The petroleum chemical industry is the pillar industry of our nationaleconomy and has the important influence to the development of our country’seconomy. After China joins WTO, the challenge from the internationaltransnational petroleum companies increases unceasingly, so it has become animportant part of our country’s industry policies to improve thecompetitiveness of Chinese petrochemical industry. Therefore, it is of greatpractical significance to research into the core competence of Sinopec (ChinaPetroleum and Chemical Corporation).The core competence, also called“the core ability”or“the corecompetitive advantage”, is an important concept in the strategy management.The enhancement of the enterprises’competitive advantage and the constructof the enterprises’core competence is the key to the growth of the modernenterprises. This article utilizes the core competence theory, combined withthe characteristics of petrochemical industry, and establishes an evaluationsystem adapt to the core competence analysis of the petrochemistryenterprises, which generally analyzes the competence of Sinopec in the competition scale strength, the sustainable payoff ability, the sustainabledevelopment ability, the marketing ability, the technical innovation ability,the assets management ability, the management ability, the resources controland the internationalization. According to the above analysis, the articleproposes the countermeasure and the developmental strategy of theconstruction core competitive ability of Sinopec.
