电磁卸荷恒压变量泵静动态特性实验及应用研究

【摘要】 如今能源消耗的速度正在日益加快,节能的观念也日益深入人心,特别是在致力于能源利用的行业部门,能源节约已刻不容缓。本文以国内著名液压专家徐绳武教授的最新专利成果Q*DPCY型电磁阀卸荷恒压变量泵为研究对象,对该液压泵的节能和应用进行了研究。该泵是一种新型泵,具有新颖、轻便、噪音低、节能等特点。本文以已有原型泵Q63DPCY14-1Bk型恒压变量泵为基础对此泵进行了相应的试验研究。试验研究主要包括试验原理分析、试验台的搭建和试验数据的采集,然后根据试验数据分析了该泵的效率及静动态特性。随后利用传递函数法,对该泵系统进行了数学建模,并应用MATLAB/SIMULINK模块对其进行了仿真分析。然后对实验数据和仿真结果进行了对比分析,根据分析的结果,对该泵的部分结构参数进行了优化设计,使系统的静动态特性达到理论上的最优化状态,该仿真及分析结果也为该电磁阀卸荷恒压变量泵的其他类型泵提供了理论支持。最后,充分利用该泵的节能效果,将该泵应用于山地钻机的设计开发中,得到了很好的效果。

【Abstract】 The saving of the energy resources demands immediate attention nowadays, especially in the department of the energy utilization, because the consumption speed of the energy resources is going faster and faster, and the energy-saving conception is becoming more and more important. An energy-saving research has been done in this article on Q*DPCY type pump which is a kind of new type hydraulic pump invented by professor Xu Sheng-wu, a famous hydraulic expert. This new type pump has several features such as original, portable, low noises and energy-saving.A experiment research has been done on the original pump, Q63DPCY14-1Bk type constant pressure pump, using the synthetically experimental table which is built importantly by the institution. The principle analysis, experimental table construction and the data acquisition are included. Then the efficiency and static-dynamic characteristic analysis was done according to the data. After that a mathematics model was constructed by the method of transfer function and a simulation was proceeded on the model using the MATLAB/SIMULINK module, a contrast was done on the data collected by the experiment and the simulation, and then an optimized design was done by changing the construct parameters of the pump according to the result of the analysis. The optimized pump was applied on the design of the mountain drilling machine because of its advances on the energy-saving.
