双驴头抽油机CAD系统研究

【摘要】 “双驴头抽油机CAD系统研究”是一项工程实际研究课题,其目的是为了实现抽油机的高效设计,同时也为了解决双驴头抽油机柔性连杆连接动态仿真的难题。本文首先阐述了CAD系统图形支持库的开发,包括完成几何工具库、图形工具库、几何内核库这三个动态链接库的完整输出,实现了双驴头抽油机CAD系统对三维模型的支持与操作。其次,根据双驴头抽油机特殊的机构特性建立了双驴头抽油机运动分析及动力分析数学模型,完成了对双驴头抽油机分析模块的设计,主要包括运动分析模块、动力分析模块以及零部件设计模块的开发。双驴头抽油机CAD系统软件是一个集抽油机参数优化设计、零部件强度计算(包括实现有限元分析)以及抽油机动态仿真功能于一身的抽油机计算机辅助设计系统。最后根据开发的双驴头抽油机CAD系统软件,完成了对CYJ145型双驴头抽油的设计,同时也完成了对该CAD系统软件的测试。说明了以该软件为基础,可以较好的构建出双驴头抽油机CAD/CAE开发平台,提高抽油机设计效率。该课题的完成为更好地设计出石油行业的采油设备有着深远的意义。

【Abstract】 It is a practical engineering project to research on the CAD system for the Dual Horsehead Pump Unit, of which the purpose is to produce highly efficient pump units, and to resolve the dynamic simulation problem of the flexible rod of the Dual Horsehead Pump Unit.This paper, first of all, demonstrates the development upon the graph supporting library of the CAD system, including integrated output of the three dynamic linked libraries, which are the library of the geometric tools, the library of the graphic tools and the library of the geometric kernel, thus realizing the support and operation to the three-dimensional model in the CAD system for the Dual Horsehead Pump Unit.Secondly, according to the special structure features of the Dual Horsehead Pump Unit, the mathematical model of the motion analysis and dynamics analysis are established, which finally helps to accomplish the design of the analytical modules of the Dual Horsehead Pump Unit, mainly involving the development on the motion analyzing module, dynamics analyzing module and the components designing module as a whole. The CAD system for the Dual Horsehead Pump Unit is a computer auxiliary design system which combines the pump parameter optimization design, the components strength calculation (including finite element analysis) and the pump dynamic emulation all together.In the end, based on the development of the CAD system for the Dual Horsehead Pump Unit, we finished the design of the Dual Horsehead Pump, type CYJ145, and the test to its CAD system. It is based on this kind of CAD system that we can better design the CAD/CAE development platform for the Dual Horsehead Pump Unit, and so, as a result, the study on this subject will definitely have a far-reaching influence on much more advanced oil withdrawal equipments for the oil-field industry.
