完井生产管柱参数化技术研究与应用

【摘要】 参数化技术作为CAD技术发展的重要阶段,可以避免相似产品的重复造型,显著提高产品的设计效率、缩短工程周期,在工程设计中有着巨大的应用价值。目前,参数化技术在完井工程设计方面的研究和应用,大多局限于单个工具的实体造型、有限元分析等方面,而在完井生产管柱整体及井下工具组合设计方面的研究尚处于探索阶段。本文从参数化技术的基本原理和方法出发,对开发参数化系统的关键技术进行了深入研究。以Pro/Engineer软件为开发平台,通过实现参数化的两个主要步骤-建立参数化模型库和模型的参数化装配,开发出一套完井生产管柱整体参数化设计系统。首先,从总体上对系统进行分析、研究,将系统划分为四个模块,分别是零件参数化设计模块、装配模块、数据库模块、数据接口模块;然后采用用户定义特征法完成了零件的参数化建模,利用Pro/Engineer提供的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT,建立了井下工具图形库和装配关系数据库,实现了井下工具的参数化装配组合设计;利用菜单技术和UI对话框技术,开发了友好的人机交互界面。完井生产管柱参数化设计系统的开发,改变了传统的二维设计,符合现代完井工程的需要,不仅有助于提高工程设计质量和效率,而且对完井管柱和井下工具的力学分析计算等更深层次的研究具有一定的参考意义。

【Abstract】 As the most important stage of CAD,parametric technology can avoid repeated modeling of the analogous products,improve the efficiency of product design,and then the whole construction cycle can be shortened.At present,the application of parametric technology on the well completion project is mainly limited to the solid modeling,finite element analysis of single downhole tool.Overall the research of parametric design on the whole column and the composite design of downhole tools is still at the beginning.Beginning with the principle and method of parametric technology, this paper researches the technology of developing a parametric system. Based on Pro/Engineer software,it builds the parametric design system of completion well column, by the two steps of building parametric modeling library and parametric assembling models.Firstly,the paper analyses the system,and divides parametric design modular to four submodulars:part parametric design modular, assembly modular,database modular and data interface modular;then using UDF to complete parametric modeling of the part.It builds the model database of downhole tools and the assembly relation database,and realizes the downholes’ parametric assemble design. A user-friend interface is developed by using technique of menu and UI dialog-box.The development of completion column’ parametric design system changes traditional 2D-design method.It will not only improve the quality and efficiency of completion design,but also can be referenced to further more research on dynamical analysis of completion column.All that fulfils the need of modern well completion engineer.
