重蜡油裂解—单程焦化组合工艺基础研究

【摘要】 论文完成了重蜡油裂解—单程焦化组合工艺的微反经济性评价工作,修正了重油热加工性能评价微反装置的评价方法,提出了自身循环比和表观循环比概念,对组合工艺的经济性进行了初步评价,为组合工艺的中试及工业化提供了理论依据。焦化装置焦炭产率的高低直接决定焦化装置的经济性。微反经济性评价工作是在不同的反应条件下进行微反实验,得到不同条件下减渣、模拟辐射进料及重蜡油的焦炭产率,进而关联出组合工艺和常规焦化的微反焦炭产率,对组合工艺的经济性进行初步评价。结果表明:焦化分馏塔底重蜡油的焦炭产率低于减压渣油;反应温度升高后,重蜡油的焦炭产率显著下降;组合工艺微反焦炭产率比常规焦化明显降低,组合工艺的经济性优于常规焦化。

【Abstract】 The papers completed the economic evaluation of the combined process of once through coking and heavy coker wax oil cracking. The evaluation methods of the heavy oil thermal reaction evaluation plant is developed in the papers and the concepts of the apparent recycle ratio and own recycle ratio.The coke yield is very important for the delayed coking unit.The work of the papers is getting the coke yields of the vacuum residue and heavy coker wax oil and analog radiation zone feedstock in different heavy oil thermal reaction evaluation plants by different person. After that the coke yields of the combined process and the traditional delay coking would be gotten by the proprietary method so we can evaluate the economic feasibility of the combined process.The heavy coker wax oil from the bottom of the distillation tower is lighter than the vacuum residue. The coke yield will drop when the reaction temperature of the heavy coker wax oil raise. The coke yield of combined process is lower than the traditional delayed coking. So the combined process is more economical than the traditional delayed coking.
