输气管道SCADA系统设计及泄漏检测研究

【摘要】 输气管道SCADA系统是通过各种仪表、控制装置及电子计算机等自动化技术工具,对管道进行自动检测、监视、控制和管理,以保证管道安全、平稳、经济的运行。管道SCADA系统的实现,能够达到实现各种最优技术经济指标,提高经济效益和劳动生产率,节约能源,改善劳动条件,保证环境卫生及安全生产等目的。本文通过研究SCADA系统的现状、发展及系统构成,分析了管道泄漏的原因和危害,指出了输气管线泄漏检测的意义。结合烟台天然气输气干线工程详细介绍输气管线SCADA系统功能、技术要求以及系统基本配置。对SCADA系统中心控制级和站场控制级系统基本配置分别从软件和硬件方面进行详细介绍。论文通过对目前常用的管道泄漏检测方法进行对比,重点研究利用音波技术对输气管道进行泄漏检测。结合输气管道SCADA系统的特点,提出了一套具有实际应用价值的输气管道泄漏检测的SCADA系统,对系统构成和功能进行了论述。

【Abstract】 Gas pipeline SCADA system makes use of a variety of instruments, computers ,other electronic control devices and automatic tools, to automate detection of pipelines, surveillance, control and management to ensure the safety of the pipeline, stable economic operation. Pipeline SCADA System can achieve the goal of optimal technology of various economic targets, enhance economic efficiency and labor productivity, energy conservation, improved labor conditions, ensure the environmental health and safety etc.. This thesis studies the status of SCADA systems, and systems development, analyzes the reasons and the harmfulness of a pipeline leak, points the significance of a gas pipeline leak detection. Combining Yantai gas Pipeline project, this paper introduces gas pipeline SCADA system functions, basic technical requirements and system configuration in detail. At the same time, focusing on system software and hardware configuration, this paper introduces the central control level station and system level station. Through comparing of the detection methods currently used for the pipeline leak detection, this paper research on acoustic leakage detection technology for the gas pipeline. Combining the SCADA system features, it provides a set of practical application SCADA system for gas pipeline leak detection. System composition and function of the gas pipeline SCADA system are discussed in this paper.
