套损井修复配套技术研究

【摘要】 随着油田开发时间的不断延长和开发工作的不断深化,地层的流体场、压力场发生很大变化,加之频繁的油水井措施和修井施工以及井身结构、完井固井质量、管材及腐蚀等诸多因素,使得油水井套管的技术状况越来越差,导致破裂、变形、穿孔、错断等套管损坏现象不断发生。针对上述问题,本文从套损井修复机理研究、套损井的整型技术研究、套损井套管修复技术等方面对套损井进行了系统的研究探索,从理论上解决了小通径套变井整型及扩眼工艺技术和长井段井下连续套管加固修复技术。项目根据现场检测套管损坏情况,通过室内试验和理论分析,得出了套变井整形力数学模型,获得整形力与变形量之间的关系规律,并进行了试验验证,完成套损井修复力学分析研究工作,并依据上述理论完成液压整形工具的研制,该工具避免了传统机械整形工具单次整形量小,工具系列多等问题,解决了由于整形套管回缩而造成整形工具起不出来的难题。课题还完成了两种方案的长井段加固工艺,一种是采用井下对接技术实现长井段套管加固,同时改进了井下连续长井段加固技术,该技术采用两套加固工具对加固管的上下密封部位分别进行加固,一次可以实现50m以上井段密封加固。

【Abstract】 With the production of oilfields, based on the followling factors such as hydraulic system, pressure field, and frequent stimulation treatments or workovers make the casing status become worse and worse, so the more and more casing damage phenomena occur.This paper details project objectives, job design, and implementation. It presents the casing repair mechanism of the casing damage wells, which solve the integer and reaming of the small bore size well and the casing repair of long wellbore casing section. Moreover, the project finished the mechanics analyses and gained the mathematical model, and a set of hydraulic integer tools have developed. The new tools can settle many problems caused by traditional mechanical integer tools , such as, short casing section, more tools, difficult pulling out.In addition, two projects are finished, in which apply downhole butt joint technology to realize the reinforcement of the long wellbore casing section, totaling more than 50 m in length. This contributed to improved workover economics and quick implementation of lessons.
