基于JX-300XP计算机集散控制系统应用研究

【摘要】 SUPCON JX-300XP DCS系统是浙大中控技术有限公司DCS新品种的代表,是一种基于现场总线的新型集散控制系统。本课题利用该系统和实验室多种控制对象相结合,结合实际构建了一个完整的DCS控制平台。在此基础上在SUPCON DCS系统上完成了多种控制方案的控制组态、绘制流程图、趋势曲线、数据报表、报警组态等多项设计任务;并且在JX-300XP系统上结合实验室实际控制对象,对其中部分控制方案做了常规控制实验,得到了实验结果和实验曲线,并对各种实验结果进行了分析,取得了较好的控制效果。虽然集散控制系统是当今应用最为广泛的计算机控制系统,但多数企业的DCS还停留在常规控制,因此对其资源的开发具有重大的意义,其中先进控制的研究就是其中很重要的一个部分。在实际生产过程中,大迟延、多变量和耦合的复杂控制系统,一股很难得到其精确数学模型,进而对其无法进行有效的控制。现在一股采用常规的PID控制方案,无法达到良好的效果。而随着现代控制理论的发展和多年的实践摸索,先进控制技术已经成熟,特别是针对无法准确建立数学模型的现代工业尤为适用。针对复杂过程的这种特点,本文利用MATLAB软件对部分模糊控制算法进行了仿真研究,然后结合实验室实际的被控对象,针对工业控制过程利用SUPCON系统SCX语言开发了模糊控制算法,并对其实现了实时控制,实验效果表明整个控制系统具有良好的稳定性、鲁棒性和抗干扰性。

【Abstract】 The SUPCON JX-300 XP DCS system is the representative of new species which the Zhejiang University Zhongkong Technique Limited Company manufactures, a new distributed control system based on the field bus. This topic combines this system with various control objects of laboratory, and sets up a DCS control platform according to practice. On this basis completed many kinds of controls plan and many design task, including the control configuration, the plan flow chart, the trend curve, the data report form, the reports to the configuration; Finally integration the laboratory actual controlled object, some of the convention control experiment has been done to part of control plan, with the experimental result and the experimental curve is obtained ,and analysis has carried on to each kind of experimental result, achieving better control results.Although DCS is the computer control system most widely used nowadays, the DCS of most business enterprises still stays around the routine control, so as to the development of its resources has the important meaning. Among them, the research of the advanced control is a very important part.In actual production process, the coupled and complicated control system that has the big delay and multivariate generally very rarely arrives its precise mathematics model then can’t be carried out valid control. Now the routine PID control scheme is adopted, attaining no favorable effects. Along with the development of the modern control theories and over year practice, the technique of advanced control protocol is already mature, especially in view of the modern industry which can’t establish the accurate mathematics model .Aimed at these features of complex processing, this text makes use of MATLAB to carry out simulation study on part of the fuzzy control algorithms, then develops fuzzy control algorithms using the SCX language of the SUPCON system combined with the actual controlled object in the laboratory and in view of the control procedure in industry. The real-time control is achieved by the algorithms. The effect of experiment demonstrates that the whole control system has the good stability, robust and noise immunity.
