营27断块稠油热采井筒参数研究与应用

【摘要】 在注蒸汽热力采油过程中需要知道注汽井井底高温四参数,亦即饱和蒸汽的压力、温度、干度、流速,但在实际生产过程中只能知道锅炉出口参数和井口注入参数。本文针对稠油蒸汽吞吐开采过程的注汽阶段,在前人研究的基础上研究了由井口蒸汽参数向地下蒸汽参数的转换方法,并应用相应的计算软件进行井口参数与井底参数的转化计算和分析。计算过程中应用奥尔基捷维斯基方法计算了垂直井筒中流体流动的压降;应用能量平衡方程求解蒸汽干度及流体温度;运用平面径向流达西公式考虑流体相变和油层吸汽不均匀的特点,建立了较为准确的配汽模型,计算了油层单位厚度的吸汽量,最终得到井筒中任一点处的高温四参数,并得到了相应的吸汽剖面。通过实例计算分析可知,此软件具有计算相对吻合、适用性广泛等优点。基于以上研究,本文应用东辛油田的实测资料对建立的数学模型进行了检验,结果表明,建立的数学模型能够较准确的解释井的吸汽状况,从而反映井筒-油藏动态耦合规律。由此可见,建立数学模型的理论依据正确,采用的方法适用。这一研究对目前注蒸汽热力采油过程具有很好的指导意义。

【Abstract】 In the course of steam flooding, it is requisite to know four kinds of steam parameters in the bottom of steam injectors.these parameters include pressure, temperature,flow rate and steam quality. However,in the actual process of production,only the parameters in the outlet of the boiler and wellhead of steam injectors can be got. In order to solve such problems, based on the previous study,this paper aimed at the steam injection stage and put forward the method that could be used to convert the parameters on the ground to those of underground,and then the corresponding software was developed. By using Orkiszewski,the flow pressure drop in the vertical wellbore could be calculated.With the energy equilibrium equation,the steam quality and temperature of steam could be got. Based on the radial flow model-Darcy’s flow,the mathematical model of steam distribution along the wellbore is built, in which such factors as phase transition and uneven steam distribution are taken into consideration. The steam imbibitions per thickness could be calculated. Eventually,the parameters at any point along wellbore and corresponding steam imbibitions profile could be got. Analyzing of the example,this software was proved to be effective as well as useful.Based on the research above mentioned, the mathematical model is testified with the actual data offered by DONGXIN oilfield. It is indicated that the model can interpret the steam imbibitions and can reflect the relationship between the wellbore and formation. The study plays a important role in thermal recovery of heavy oil.
