影响我国速度轮滑运动发展的因素及对策研究

【摘要】 速度轮滑作为相对年轻的体育项目,在世界各地发展十分迅速,被美国运动统计组织评为全球成长最快的运动。我国速度轮滑运动起步较晚,与世界水平还有很大的差距。为了更好地推动速度轮滑运动在我国稳步而有序地发展,提高我国速度轮滑的竞技水平。有必要对影响我国速度轮滑运动发展的因素及对策进行研究。本文以我国速度轮滑运动为研究对象,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法收集了大量的有关资料,并采用数理统计法、逻辑分析法对收集到的资料进行分析,得出影响我国速度轮滑运动发展的主要因素,并对这些影响运动因素进行了系统地分析,明确了各个因素在速度轮滑发展过程中的作用以及存在的问题。通过本文的研究,得到以下结论:1.我国速度轮滑运动是一个由诸多相互影响、相互作用的因素组成的整体系统,只有各个因素相互配合,协调一致才能促进我国速度轮滑运动的发展。2.我国速度轮滑运动虽然在整体上运动成绩呈现出增长趋势,但与世界水平相比还有很大差距。3.教练员执教水平相对较低,科研意识薄弱,缺乏与外界的合作与交流。4.领导部门没有给予速度轮滑足够的重视,资金投入少,媒体的宣传力度不大,产业化水平低,导致速度轮滑运动发展上的资金缺乏。5.目前,还没形成科学的运动员选材机制,输送渠道不畅,训练恢复手段没有得到足够的重视以及缺少必要的医务监督是我国速度轮滑运动在训练体制方面所存在的主要问题。针对目前存在的问题,建议领导部门高度重视速度轮滑运动的发展,媒体给予大力的宣传报道,扩大速度轮滑运动的影响范围;提高教练员的执教水平,科研意识,完善教练员岗位培训体系,加强体育科研人员与教练员、运动员之间的相互沟通和交往;加强对速度轮滑市场及相关产品的开发,走产业化的道路,使速度轮滑运动的经费来源多样化;逐步建立和完善运动员的科学选材机制和运动员的输送渠道,加强运动训练过程中恢复手段和医务监督的运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Speed roller skating , as a relatively new sport event, is developed rapidly in the world, and was regarded as the fastest growth sport event by American Sport Statistic Organization. But in our country, it is developed a little late, and there is a great gap to the world level. In order to promote the development of speed roller skating smoothly and orderly in our country, and improve the competitive level of our country, we should study the affecting factors for the development of speed roller skating of our country.This paper regards our country’s speed roller skating as the research object, collects a lot of literatures by documentary、experts visiting、questionnaire investigation, analyzes these literatures by mathematical statistics and logical analysis, and then summarizes some main factors that influences the development of our country’s speed roller skating, and at the same does some systematic analysis to these influencing factors, and definite their functions and the existed problems. Through the research of this paper, we draw the following conclusions:1. Speed roller skating is a comprehensive system that consists of some interactional factors, only through the interworking and coordinating of each factor, it can promotes the development of our country’s speed roller skating.2. Although the sport performance presents an increasing trend on the whole, we still have a large gap to the world level.3. The coaching level of coaches is relatively low, lack of scientific and research consciousness, and the cooperation and communication with outside world.4. The governing body does not pay more attention to the event, the investment is small and the media propaganda is not enough, all of these lead to the lack of developmental fund.5. At present, there are many problems in the training system, for example, there is no scientific player selecting mechanism, the developmental road is not enough, training and recovery means is not completed, and lack of necessary medical supervision. In order to solve these existed problems, the governing body should pay more attention to the development of speed roller skating, increase the media propaganda, enlarge the influencing scope; improve the coaching level of coaches, strengthen their scientific and research consciousness, perfect the training system of coach, and emphasize the cooperation and communication of sport research persons、coaches and players; strengthen the development of roller skating market and product, to industrialized road, and add the ways of fund; construct and improve scientific player selecting mechanism and development road gradually, apply the recovery means and medical supervision.更多还原
