【摘要】 随着PDM产品的企业化进程,项目管理应该作为产品数据管理的核心内容,这样更加有利实现企业信息化。把项目管理作为产品数据管理的一个突破口,应用计算机技术,从而建立一个完整的理论体系,将会是管理学渗透到工业制造行业的一个契机。基于以上所述,在总体介绍PDM(Production Data Management)理论系统的基础上,对此面向中小企业的PDM系统,加强了项目管理的功能,将设计部门加入到项目管理开发模块中,加大了项目管理的权重。由此在对PDM系统中的项目管理的建模方式,核心作用,以及实施方案,进行了理论和实现方法的研究,并按照软件工程学的理论,介绍了MSEPPDM(Middle and Small Enterprise Product Data Management)系统中项目管理模块的开发过程,具有完整的程序代码和文档资料。在此MSEPPDM系统中,主要包含了如下的功能:1.在文档发布过程中,MSEPPDM系统中的项目管理模块,通过Web使能技术,建立了以因特网为基础,基于B/S模式下的文档传输功能。2.在开发MSEPPDM系统时,在项目管理中涉及查看图纸信息时,没有开发独立的图文档浏览器,而是将AutoCAD软件嵌入到PDM系统中,从而节省了企业成本,同时也给设计人员和操作人员带来方便,更加符合中小企业的实际情况。3.针对中小企业,人员少,开发周期短等特点,将设计部门加入到项目管理模块中,使项目总工程师直接与设计负责人,在企业内部交流,节省企业资源,并且简化项目步骤,缩短开发周期,加大了项目管理功能。使PDM真正成为一把手工程。4.总结了PDM中项目管理的核心作用,并且提出了将产品结构树同时作为任务树,部件与任务对应,以部件求精作为任务的分解模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the enterprise’s process of PDM production, project management should be as a core of the product data management. I believe this technology should be more easily to accomplish enterprise’s information. We should take the project manager as a breakthrough of PDM, and apply technology of computer. Then we form a integrated theory system, and it will be a turning point that management permeate industry manufactory.According to the above statement, I strengthen the function of project management on the basic of introducing the PDM theory for the middle and small enterprise’s system. And the design’s department was added the project management module. Considering this point, the paper has studied the theory and method of project management’s module, core function, and scheme. And according to the theory of soft engineering, the paper introduced the developing process of project management and formed the material of document about the soft. At this system mainly contain the following function:1. In the process of document publishing, the module of project management built the function of sending document in the system under the model of B/S through the web technology.2. In the process of developing PDM system. When the module of project management refer the information of looking for the drawing document the system does not develop independent explore about it. But the AutoCAD was embedded PDM system. In this way, the enterprise save the cost,and it is convenience to the designer and reasonable for the enterprise.3. It is this property that enterprise have little person and the product was developed quickly. The design’s department was embedded the project management module. In this way, the project’s engineer can communicate with designer directly in the inner circle, and save the resource of enterprise. Further, it can simplify the process of design and developing step. Then the manager plays an important role in the PDM system.4.
