【摘要】 办公自动化系统建设是高校工作现代化的一项重要内容，是提高高校在高技术教育条件下整体工作能力的有效途径。本文通过分析当前我国办公自动化的发展现状及校园网的发展趋势，设计开发出高校办公自动化系统。在日常的工作中，我们深感一套好的办公自动化软件是提高学校管理工作效率的关键。因此我们在学校原有网络的基础上，根据学校的需求，结合我校的实际情况，开发了这套办公自动化系统。该系统主要是用于校园新闻的管理、发布，支持学校信息交流、日常教学、教务管理等各种应用，提供了一个基于校园网的全面办公自动化解决方案。系统设计采用流行的B／S系统体系结构，用动态网页制作软件DreamWeaver配合Lotus Designer作为前端开发工具，客户端运行平台是WINDOWS9X／ME／2000系列操作系统：本系统应用先进的面向对象的程序设计方法，采用Lotus Domino Notes作为开发工具开发完成；基于Windows 2000服务器网络的安全机制，从而保证了数据的及时性、安全性和可靠性；该系统具有界面简洁、操作方便、工作效率高、数据安全可靠等特点。该系统在学校校园网上已经运行了一年，在校园管理，信息发布、网上教学、无纸化办公方面发挥了重大作用，全面提升了学校的管理水平和信息化水平。该系统对提高学校的服务质量、提高办事效率、提高行政人员的素质和管理水平等方面起到了重要的作用。本文作者在系统开发中负责系统需求分析、总体设计、详细设计、部分程序编码及测试工作。目前，新系统运行状况良好，取得了较大的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The office auto system is important to modernize the office working in the university, which can improve the working efficiency.In the article, we develop the office auto system to meet the needs of our campus mixed the development of the office auto systems in our country with the tendency of campus network. It is mainly used in administration, announcement, information exchange, teaching and teaching administration, and so on. It also provides a solution to the office auto system in campus network.The system adopts B/S system systematic structure, and is implemented by active service pages (Lotus Domino Designer) technology which improves the system stability. The operation platform is Windows 9X/ME/2000 series operating system, mixed with the advanced programming design method - OPP (Object-Oriented Programming), and Lotus Domino Notes. With the help of the safe mechanism of Windows 2000 service networks, it guarantees the efficiency, security and reliability of the data and convenient operation.This system was deployed one year ago and has already played an important role in the integrated management in our university. By using this system, the quality of teaching and management efficiency is greatly improved, the service quality of the school, administrative speed, the quality and the level of official management are also promoted.In this project, the author has been in charge of software analysis, primary design, detailed design, programming and part testing.By now, the new system has run well.
