基于单晶Cu2(C6H5COO)4(C9H7N)2铜离子选择电极的研究

【摘要】 本文报道了以单晶Cu2(C6H5COO)4(C9H7N)2为敏感材料通过一定的工艺方法制备铜离子选择性电极的研究情况。目前这种铜离子敏感电极尚未见到相关报道。对该电极进行了响应性能的测试,考察电极性能的各个方面,均有较好的性能参数值。通过测试,得出电极的Nernst响应范围是1.0~1.0×10-5mol·L-1Cu2+(NO32,相关系数R2=0.9996,检测下限为8.5×10-6mol·L-1。测试十种常见金属离子作干扰离子时电极的选择性系数KCu,干扰Pot,选择性系数的对数值大都是-2~-3,表明该电极对铜离子选择性较好。电极响应时间在1.0~1.0×10-5mol·L-1各溶液小于1min。电极具有良好的重现性和较好的稳定性。电极的pH适用范围pH2.5~5.5。研究电极的交流阻抗行为(EIS)。从阻抗谱图高频区和低频区出现的现象,看出电极响应过程是受扩散过程控制。

【Abstract】 A Cu(Ⅱ) ion selective electrodes based on Cu2(C6H5COO)4(C9H7N)2 single crystal is described here. At present, therelated research has not been reported in the literatures.The prepared electrode response behaviour toward siliver ion wasinvestigated systematically. The characteristic parameters forelectrochemical performance had good results. The electrode exhhibited alinear respone in the range of 1.0~1.0×10-5mol·L-1 Cu(NO32, relativecoefficient equaled to 0.9996 (R2), the detection limit was8.5×10-6mol·L-1. Furthermore, the potentiometeric selectivitycoefficients(KCuPot) were all about -2~-3. It revealed that the electrodedisplayed a better selectivity to copper ion with respect to ten transition metal ions.Dynamic response time of the electrode was less than 1 min from 1.0 to1.0×10-5 mol·L-1 Cu(NO32. The electrode exhibited relatively goodperformance in terms of potential stability and reproducibility. During theperiod of the 2 weeks, the slope and the detection limit had been almostnot changed. The potential remained almost constant in the pH range from2.5 to 5.5.The response property was examined by alternating current impedance.From plots in high and low frequency region of EIS complex-plane, it indicated that the response process was controlled by the diffusionprocess.
