【摘要】 图书馆的资源信息服务经历了传统纯粹的文献信息服务、复合型图书馆信息服务、到数字时代的图书馆信息服务。当前，我国多数图书馆已经步入了数字图书馆时代，而数字图书馆也经历了传统纸质资源电子化、数字化到利用计算机技术的信息服务的自动化、智能化。当前，多数图书馆所处的阶段主要是“数字化”阶段，如对传统纸质文献的数字化、及数字资源的入库工作。但随着电子图书、电子期刊、多媒体数据等数字资源信息量的不断增长，数据量的巨型增长，对用户来说很容易在海量的资源信息中迷失方向，获取不到需要的信息，而对于教学科研人员来说，其信息需求倾向会在相当长的时间内维持一致。个性化系统会根据用户的兴趣，多渠道收集用户的需求，将需求信息转化为计算机模型，再根据模型把用户真正感兴趣的信息主动提供给他。提供一种解决机制帮助用户获取个性化、特定的信息。信息检索、参考咨询、数据挖掘、基于内容过滤和协同过滤及人工智能等技术的结合是个性化数字图书馆信息推荐的发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Library information service has experienced traditional library resources information services, compound library information services, to the digital era. Currently, the majority of our libraries have entered the era of digital libraries and digital libraries have also experienced the traditional digital resources services, the use of computer technology to digital information services automation, intelligent is more important.At present, most of the stage of the main library is "digitized" stage, such as the traditional paper-based documents digitized. However, as electronic books, electronic periodicals, digital multimedia data resources available to the growing volume of data huge growth in users easily in the enormous resources information astray and need not obtain the information. And for teaching and research personnel, their information needs to be a long time to maintain consistency. Personalized system based on user interest, user demand will demand storing their information into computer models. Provide a mechanism to help resolve users access personalized, specific information.Information retrieval, reference advice, data mining, and artificial intelligence technologies can solve the problems.更多还原
