【摘要】 今天的人类社会已经进入了知识经济的新时代,在这一背景下,制造业企业间的竞争的核心是以知识、信息为基础的新产品竞争。中国的客车业在经历了近几年的高速增长后已经进入了一个竞争日趋激烈的产业结构调整升级阶段。客车行业正由“产量时代”向“产品时代”、“管理时代”发展、前进。在越来越激烈的市场竞争中,业界普遍认识到:只有利用现代信息技术,整合知识、信息、材料、能源资源,不断提升企业技术、管理水平,才能在日益激烈的TQCSEF竞争中取得领先。作为一个有一定代表性的中型股份制客车制造企业,成客公司深刻地认识到必须从企业管理入手,依靠现代信息技术将销售、生产、供应、产品开发、质量和成本等各项要素连成一个有机高效的整体,在产品差异化和产品成本方面建立起相对的竞争优势,才能在客车行业今后的竞争中立于不败之地。本文运用现代信息技术,结合工作实际,以产品数据管理为主线,对成客公司产品技术管理系统作了以下研究工作:(1)分析研究制造业信息化改造的背景、内容、关键技术。(2)分析研究中国客车市场的特点及其对企业产品技术系统的要求,研究国内客车企业技术信息化改造的经验。(3)分析成客公司现有技术管理系统的特点、问题及形成原因。(4)提出建设基于PDM的成客TIS(CB-TIS)解决方案。设计了CB-TIS的系统架构。(5)对设计资源管理、关键关系管理、新产品开发项目管理等企业重点关注环节进行了较详细的研究,形成了初步的技术方案。(6)提出下一步研究的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the rapid growth in the past few years, today, china bus industry is faced a vital age that involved more and more competition. The requirements of market to the bus industry are being more and more high. On the premise of providing good quality products, the manufactures also try their best to launch the product with the shorter process, the lower cost .How to improve the design and management lever to adapt the market is a question that every bus company has to answer.This paper is based on the project "the reform of CBC-TIS" which will develop at CBC (a middle bus company), CBC want to improve the design and management lever through this project. The important way is to apply modern information technology in the product date management.PDM (Product Data Management) is a key enable technology to integrate and management all the factors including information, processes, teams and personal related to products. PDM can help us to accelerate the product’s development and improve the quality of product effectively.The content of this dissertation includes:Analyze the characteristic of bus market, product and technology.Analyze and summarize the current status of TIS in CBC and bring forward a kind of method - "CB-TIS based on PDM".Research the key technologies of the PDM, especially the product structure and configuration management, the project management.At last, summarize the finished study, point out the deficiency and the plan of the future work.更多还原
