基于校园网的教务管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 教务管理是所有学校管理工作中十分重要又相当复杂的一项工作。随着我国高等教育从精英型向大众型的过度,在校学生人数出现了急剧增长,带来各.种管理业务工作量大量增加,特别是教务管理业务数据量剧增,国家教育部对高校教学过程评估,使各高校对教学管理规范化和制度化更加重视,教学过程的资料收集和管理比以前更加细致,这些变化使手工进行教务管理力不从心,已越来越不能满足目前高校教务管理的需要。为了适应教学发展的需要,使教务人员从繁杂的任务中解脱出来,本系统的开发就是为适应这些变化,提高教务管理效率为某高校开发的基于校园网的教务综合管理系统。本文围绕我院教务综合管理系统的项目实施,根据开发过程,重点阐述了软件项目开发的流程,从业务流程、功能描述、数据流、数据字典四方面对系统进行了详尽的分析,从数据库逻辑模型、软件结构、模块加工说明、界面设计四方面对系统进行了详尽的设计。最后对论文进行了总结,并对系统的进一步完善提出了展望。

【Abstract】 The educational administration is a very important and quitecomplicated job in all schools’ management. With the development ofthe higher education of our country, the enrollment students areincreasing rapidly, which leads to much more management businesses,especially the amount of the educational administration. NationalMinistry of Education has assessed the universities’ teaching process,which makes every university standardize in teaching and makes thematerials collections and management more careful. These changesshow that the educational administration by hand can’t meet demands ofuniversities’ educational administration management at present. In orderto meet the need of development of teaching, make the educationaladministration personnel free out from it, the development of this systemis for adapting to these changes.Based on the project implementation of the comprehensiveadministrative system of our college and the developing process, thisarticle emphatically explains the procedure of software development. Itexhaustively analyzes this system from four aspects: business procedure,function description, dataflow, data dictionary and exhaustively designsthis system from four aspects: database logic model, software structure,module processing instruction and interface design. Last, this articlegives us a summary and proposes its bright future for the furthercompletion of the system.
