【摘要】 随着软件业的发展，人们逐渐认识到制约软件企业发展的关键问题不仅仅是技术问题，同时还涉及到软件开发中的管理问题，软件企业如果希望改进组织的业绩，还需要有适合自身的软件过程。目前，国内一些大型公司，如华为、中兴、联想，在其发展壮大的过程中已寻找到适合自身软件开发的软件过程，而国内中小软件企业，其目前状况是不容乐观的，如何去制定适合自身软件过程呢?论文中的公司属于一个中小型的软件企业，在企业发展中对自身软件过程改进作了一些工作和尝试，论文将以公司内部门在项目组所进行的软件过程改进为基础，对中小企业中软件过程及其改进作初步研究。论文首先对软件项目管理及软件过程的改进的概念作论述，并对论文的背景、目的方向作简述；其次，将结合实际项目对项目组中原有过程作介绍，并介绍改进前对企业原有过程评估及定位；然后，针对评估结果并结合实际介绍软件过程改进实现；最后，文章对中小企业软件过程的改进与实施作总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the development of the software industry, people acknowledge that the keyissues which limit the development of the company are not only the technique, butalso the administration issues during the process of software development. If thesoftware company wants to improve their performance, a suitable software process isa must.Recently, a lot of local enterprise, HuaWei, ZTE, Lenovo, have been working onthe software process for theirself as they are growing up. On the contrary, it’sreluctant for most local software companies. How to define a suitable softwareprocess for ourself? Now I am working in a medium scale software company whichhas tried to change and improve the software process,the paper will base on theimpovement of one team inside the company and try to research on the softwareprocess and impovement.At the beginning, there will be an interpretion for the concept of theimpovement of software process and software project management then will be abrief instroduction for the background and the objective of the paper; Secondly, therewill be an introduction of the original process of the team based on the real projectand will be a comparison between the software process improvement.At last, therewill be a summary for the improvement of the software process of medium/smallscale company.更多还原
