【摘要】 目的：高尿酸血症是指细胞外液的尿酸盐呈超饱和状，一般认为血尿酸盐≥417umol／L时应考虑高尿酸血症。近年来，随着经济发展，饮食结构改变，高尿酸血症的发病率逐年增高，而且常伴发高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、冠心病等，是常见的现代文明病，对人类健康是一个潜在威胁。别嘌呤醇、立加利仙是降尿酸的代表药，但副作用较多，有一定禁忌症，病人难以长期服用和耐受。为了提高生活质量，减轻病人痛苦，我们针对高尿酸血症的中医病因病机，结合现代医学研究，进行了临床和实验研究；运用中药制剂，观察痛风清颗粒对高尿酸血症患者及模型小鼠的影响，探讨其复方及单味药治疗高尿酸血症的疗效机制，了解长期服用本方药的安全性，对于研制治疗高尿酸血症安全有效的新方法，新药物，新制剂有重大意义。方法：1．实验研究：根据高尿酸血症的形成机理，予以次黄嘌呤，烟酸造成小鼠血尿酸增高，分别予以泄浊化湿方痛风清颗粒及其单味药，立加利仙治疗后比较降尿酸的水平。2．临床研究：收集30例高尿酸血症病人且符合中医湿浊内蕴证，分别予以痛风清颗粒、立加利仙治疗一月后，系统地观察了治疗前后血尿酸及中医症候的改善。结果：1．实验研究：痛风清颗粒能明显降低高尿酸血症模型小鼠的血尿酸水平，且与西药立加利仙疗效无显著的差异，但其单味药降尿酸作用并不明显。2．临床研究：痛风清颗粒能明显改善高尿酸血症病人的中医症候，且能降低血尿酸。结论：依据中医药理论，泄浊化湿方痛风清颗粒是治疗高尿酸血症的有效方药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Hyperuricacidemia is a disease which urate saturates excessivelly in extracellularfluid, when blood uric acid exceed 417umol/L. hyperuricacidemia is consided. Inceptionrate of hyperuricacidemia which often accompanies is increases year by year tbllow structuralchange of drink and food, development of economy. Now hyperuricacidemia is a civildisease which stealthily threaten health of mankind. Allopurinol and Narcaricin subdueexcellentlly uric acid, but patient hard to take medicine and tolerate long-term because theyhave some side effects and counterindications. For improving quality of life and softeningpatient’s suffering, we triturate new method, new drug, new prepn which curehyperuricacidemia by researching cause of hyperuricacidemia of traditional Chinese physician,progressing clinic and empirical study by combining modern medicine., observing change ofmen and animal modes of hyperuricacidemia which are treated by Tongfengqing granula,approaching therapeutic effect and mechanism that complex prescription and haplo-drug curehyperuricacidemia, understanding safe of taking Tongfengqing granula long-term. It is verysignificant.Method:1. Empirical study:To lithemic mechanism, hypoxanthine and nicotinamide can raise blooduric acid of Jimpy mice, we observed change of blood uric acid of animal modes ofhyperuricacidemia which are crued respectively by Tongfengqing granula and Narcaricin.2. Clinical study: We treated thirty patients of hyperuricacidemia who fit turbid dampof symptom by Yongfengqing granula. After two month we observe systematicallychange of blood uric acid, improvement of symptom Chinese medicine.Result:1.Empirical study: Not only Tongfengqing granula can lower blood uric acid of Jimpymice of hyperuricacidemia,but also it’ curative effect is not different as Narcaricin. Buthaplo-drug of Tongfengqing granula can not obviou-sly lower blood uric acid.2. Clinical study: Tongfengqing granula not only obviously improve symptom of traditional Chinese medicine,but also lower blood uric acid of patients of hyperuricacidemia.Conclusion: To theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Tongfengqing granula isa medicine which can efficiently treat hyperuricacidemia.更多还原
