型钢混凝土梁柱节点构造方法的试验研究

【摘要】 本文采用试验研究与理论分析的方法,结合实际工程,重点对型钢混凝土结构中钢筋混凝土梁纵筋不可避免的与柱型钢翼缘相交的处理方法的抗震性能、构造措施和设计方法进行了研究。首先,通过低周期反复荷载作用下四种不同构造节点形式的SRC柱-RC梁框架节点的试验,研究其受力过程和破坏机理。对试验过程进行了详细的描述并对试验结果进行了初步的分析,给出了各试件最终破坏图片。给出了各试件的承载力和位移值,并对试件的应变分布和应力状态进行了分析,为进一步分析型钢混凝土节点的抗震性能提供了大量的实验数据。通过计算推导,从理论上阐明了柱型钢翼缘缺损率控制在20%以内是可行的。但为了安全起见,仍建议对柱翼缘开孔处进行补强。本文对四种形式的补强板都给出了较为完整的设计方法。应用ABAQUS软件对柱翼缘开孔补强进行的有限元分析,既是对试验结果和理论推导的补充和验证,同时也证明了ABAQUS程序的分析结果是可靠的。通过对试验结果进行分析,研究了SRC柱-RC梁框架节点核心区的抗裂机理;并通过ABAQUS有限元软件计算,建立了节点核心区的抗裂承载力计算公式,并通过试验验证了该理论公式的正确性。最后,根据试验数据,给出了型钢混凝土梁斜截面在低周反复荷载作用下的抗剪滞回曲线、滞回环及骨架曲线,对构件的延性、耗能以及刚度衰减退化规律进行了分析,提出低周反复荷载作用下的恢复力模型,为编制程序作非线性全过程分析参考。

【Abstract】 In this paper, with test and theoretical analysis, focusing on reinforced concretebeam longitudinal bar with the inevitable-steel flange in steel reinforced concretestructure intersection of the seismic method performance measures and structuraldesign were studied in light of the actual project.First, through the tests of four different nodes under low cyclic loading, themechanical process and the failure mechanism of SRC-RC beam frame node isstudied. Test process of a detailed description of the test results and a preliminaryanalysis is given. The test results of the bearing capacity and displacement, as well assamples of the stress and strain distributions are given. To further analysis the seismicbehavior of SRC nodes the results provide a large number of experimental data.By theoretical analysis of the influences of the steel flange-defect, the rate wascontrolled within 20%, which is feasible. However, for safety reasons, it is advisableto reinforcing the column flange openings department. In this paper, the designmethod of four forms of reinforcement plates is given completely. Using ABAQUSsoftware analyzing the reinforcement of column flange openings through finiteelement analysis, it is the supplementary for theoretical derivation. It also shows thatthe ABAQUS results of the analysis are reliable.Based on the test results, analysis focus on studying cracking mechanism of thecore areas in the SRC-RC beam frame. And adopting ABAQUS finite elementsoftware, the establishment of a formula of cracking capacity in the core zone isfeasible and then tested by the accuracy of the theoretical formula.Finally, according to test data, under low cyclic loading the shear hysteresiscurve and the skeleton of components ductility of the steel reinforced concrete beam,stiffness and energy attenuation law of degradation are given, then raise the restoringforce model under the low cyclic loading for the preparation of procedures fornonlinear analysis of the entire process of reference.
