【摘要】 目的：研究痛舒膏外敷治疗肺癌疼痛的临床疗效。方法：以单独使用强痛定为对照组，比较单独外敷痛舒膏及两者联合使用的临床治疗效果。临床研究，按照纳入标准选择肺癌疼痛患者108例，随机分为联合组36例、痛舒膏组36例、对照组36例。以治疗前后疼痛分级、卡氏评分、药物起效时间、止痛持续时间、四级疗效评定为标准，比较各组的之间的差异。实验研究采用小鼠扭体法和大鼠辐射热刺激甩尾法，对比三组的镇痛效果。结果：临床研究证明联合组、痛舒膏组的疗效与对照组相比有显著的差异(P＜0.05)。综合临床疗效联合组与痛舒膏组没有显著性差异(P＞0.05)，即时治疗效果联合组较痛舒膏组有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。痛舒膏组副作用少于其他两组。实验研究结果显示，痛舒膏对醋酸所致小鼠疼痛、热辐射刺激所致大鼠疼痛均有明显镇痛作用。结论：1．痛舒膏的临床综合疗效优于强痛定组。2．在止痛持续时间上，联合组明显延长。3．痛舒膏对于气滞血瘀型肺癌癌痛的缓解效果更加明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Try to observe the clinic effect of the alleviating-pain ointment in the treatment of lung cancer suffering.Method:Take the Fortanodyn group as the control group, try to compare with the clinic effect among the alleviating-pain ointment group and the combined treatment group.Clinic research: 108 patients were divided into three groups randomly: the Fortanodyn group with 36 patients; the alleviating-pain ointment group with 36 patients and the combined treatment group with 36 patients. The different between the three group is compared in the pain classification grades, the kanofsky value, the durative time, the efficient time and the four-grade effect standards. The animal test: compared with the acesodyne effect of the three group with the mice using body-torsion method and temperature stimulation method.Result:The clinic research shows that there is obvious difference between the control group and the other two group,(P<0.05); for the instant effect, the combined group is superior to the alleviating-pain ointment group(P<0.05); but for the late-result, no significant diffence(P>0.05). However, the alleviating-pain ointment group is with less side-effect.The animal test indicate that there is obvious effect of the alleviating-pain ointment on the mice pain by acetum or temperature stimulation.Conclusion: 1. The whole clinic effect of the alleviating-pain ointment on lung-cancer suffering is superior to the Fortanodyn group2. The durative time of the combined group is obviously longer than the other two groups.3. The alleviating-pain ointment does better to the lung-cancer suffering due to the Qi-stagnancy and Blood-stasis.更多还原
